My name is Karen Mc Erlean and I live in Ireland with my husband and 3 daughters. I love the sun but my husband is not a big fan (or at least wasn't!). However, when I finally talked him into coming to Dalyan he realised that the heat here is so comfortable because of the low humidity. After his first visit he went home and within a year we built Villa Claddagh. I've been coming to Dalyan since 2007 and almost instantly fell in love with this piece of paradise and its people. The area is stunning and the people are so friendly and helpful. My husband and I decided in 2013 to build a villa and the result was Villa Claddagh, which was completed in early 2014. Villa Claddagh is very close to all of the main shops and restaurants. Its just a 5 minute walk away. We're just 5 minutes from the local kids park and 3 minutes from Dalyan River. The villa offers beautiful views of Lycian rock tombs and the Kaunos acropolis. The entertainment options in the villa include a 42" Smart TV, a hard disk with over 400 HD movies, and a very good Internet connection. Dalyan is situated on a beautiful delta on the South West coast of Turkey, just 25 minutes from Dalaman airport.
