Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect!
From the moment I started to book the villa to the day we left everything worked like clockwork.
We arrived and were promptly picked up and taken to the Villa where we met  Aysun who could not do enough for you and who arranged any trips, taxis or anything whatsoever you needed.
The villa had everything to make you feel it was just like 'home from home!!'
We would recommend this villa 100% as it is so convenient for the beach, town and night life but also far enough away for peace and quiet.
It's a definite Villa to visit again!!!!

Another great holiday in the villa always very enjoyable and relaxing, the team were all very helpful and they met us on arrival ( with chocolate cake) , we also gained a dog who broke our hearts when we left her so be warned if you are a soft touch with dogs , we really wanted to bring her home , we will hopefully be back next year .....

Pick up arrangements at the airport were perfect. The driver even stopped at a shop and brought all six of us a bottle of water each. The property was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away with beautiful views across the bay. Nick and Aysun were so helpful in arranging taxis for trips into Cali's and Fetyhe. We would thoroughly recommend this property. We had a lovely time and went home feeling refreshed. Thank you very much

We arrived in the early hours and it was fantastic to have a welcome pack waiting for us which we asked Nick and Aysun to buy for us so it was couple of drinks and a nosey round the villa 
We were thrilled to bits the pool is cleaned every day lovely pool / handyman the villa was spotless plenty dishes etc for nights in we had a few bbq weather was 
great so it was lazy days at the villa 
Please use the in resort taxi as its a lot cheaper and the mobile phone that goes with the villa is a God send knowing you have someone at the other end 24/7 
There is a couple of supermarkets very near and reasonable lovely people also a hotel we popped in for an fees was lovely but it's nothing to phone Nick or Aysun for a taxi to pick you up and take you home when you go to Callis beach where there is loads of restaurants to choose from 
I loved going to Kipa loading up with drink and food for a couple of days sunbathing till 8 pm at night then shower and chilling marvellous

We have had an absolutely brilliant holiday and one which was both supported and enhanced by the management of Nick and Aysun. For them nothing was too much trouble and with the added facility of the free mobile used to contact Nick &amp; Aysun with any questions or requests we might have while in Turkey. Need information? they had it. Need a taxi? they got one for you. The villas pool is safe and large enough for our party of six which included two children under twelve. It is hard to suggest many improvements but an extra side table by the bed and side lights to enable late night reading would have been nice along with a waste bin in each of the rooms would have been useful. Eating places were abundant and the price of eating out is good except for the price of alcohol which in Turkey is not cheap. If you come to the villa be sure to ask Nick and Aysun to arrange a visit go to the restaurant in the mountains. The food here was the best we experienced while in Turkey and is very reasonably priced with free mammas bread and free fruit and coffee afterwards, if you are lucky like us. Now here is the incredible bit - the restaurant will send down a taxi to pick you up and take you back afterwards for free! The ghost village nearby was recommended but we found it a little disappointing, but the restaurant was something else and worth the visit on its own. Thank you once again Nick and Aysun we have never experienced service like you gave us. We will return. 

The villa was fantastic and very spacious for our family of 5. The transfers were on time and the minibus luxurious. We received the warmest welcome from Nick, Aysun and Kaan when we arrived and they provided some great information to help us get the most from our holiday. The pool was immaculate, a good size and cleaned every day. We stayed at the villa for 10 nights in mid July so the weather was brilliant. The Villa is only 5 minutes walk to the local beach and a 15 min walk into Calis town centre where there are more restaurants and bars to choose from. The area is beautiful and the people are so lovely. Local prices are cheap and there are water taxis and dolmus to travel from Calis centre to Fethiye for only a few Lira. Overall , a really fantastic holiday, great location and we are definitely going to book with you again for next year! Louise, Paul and family (Scotland)

Stayed Monday 25 August 2014 with Family 
The villa is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. Everything was clean with plenty of towels. As a family of four everything was perfect with lots of room. The management people, Nick and family were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were sorted straight away. The phone is an excellent idea and its great to know someone is always there if you need them. The only negative is the villa is atleast a half hour walk from calis seafront which for us was too far with a 5yr old and 2 yr old so taxis were needed every night. Other than that we would highly recommend this property and thankyou to nick for everything.

I THINK YOU ARE REFERRING TO THE MAIN RESORT OF CALIS WITH DISCOS BARS ETC WHICH AS YOU MENTIONED IS BETTER TO GO WITH OUR DRIVER SERVICE, ALTHOUGH WE DO HAVE MANY PEOPLE WHO LIKE THE WALK. Verified Excellent Villa well situated close to the beach and with easy access to the main D400 which gets you to Fethiye and North to the airport and Dalyan and Marmaris. MY ADVICE, STAY LOACL AND DO NOTHING BUT SWIM,EAT DRINK AND SOAK UP THE SUNSHINE., although the 12 Islands boat trip is a must. Nick and family could not have been more helpful.
