We loved our stay at Villa At Felix, best property I have been to. Everything we needed was there.
To add on top of other reviews: very spacious house but still cosy for couples; private and quiet; easy checkin and checkout; English and French TV Channels and DVD movies; books and games; Wifi; everything new or in very good condition and nice and detailed decorations; SPAR shop 1 min away and close to bakery, winery, butcher. 
Felt very much at home, loved the village and the beach was fantastic, I hope to be back very soon.

You just want to keep going back

This was our 6th visit to this house. Its a really well-equipped house with 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite and balcony. Having its own driveway and garden is useful when you have very young children. As they get older, they appreciate the French village life. The nearest village shop is about one minutes walk away - within 5 minutes are 3 bakers, 2 bars and two restaurants. The village has clearly expanded greatly in recent years, but has a beautiful unspoilt medieval centre, plus the canal du midi . Despite this being a busy tourist area, the village centre is an oasis of relative quiet. It remains truly French - dont expect everyone here to understand English. The nearest beach is at Portiragnes Plage, a couple of miles away, 5 minutes in the car. The beach is as good as you will find. The resort is unpretentious rather than scenic. Loads of places to visit.

Superb villa in a pretty French village

This villa was the best we have ever had and positioned right in the heart of the old village of Portiragnes. The villa is large and there is so much space in all the rooms . The owners have thought of every thing as it is well equipped and very clean. The villa is near to the beach and the Canal du Midi. We used the bikes at the property and loved cycling along the Canal and then on to the beach. Watching the boats negotiate the lock on the Canal was very enjoyable. The garden is very pretty and we appreciated being able to relax there after our visits out during the day. So much to see- we will be back.

" This place is perfect " - We have just returned from another holiday at this property and yet again we are amazed at what it offers especially for the price which is incredibly reasonable. There is everything you could need - lovely property furnished to a high standard and grounds that are made up of lots of different areas where you can sit and have a meal at different times of the day. There is even a table tennis table should you feel energetic as well as bikes to enjoy cycling along the canal side. The owners have thought of everything. It is set in a lovely quiet area of the village but convenient for the local supermarket. There are house close by but we hardly ever see anyone when we are there but when we do they are just so friendly and polite. It is a great place to have a relaxing holiday and what is really special is that just a couple of miles away is the most perfect sandy beach. We love it.
