We had a fantastic time at this great Villa. So airy, bright and light with masses of room both inside and outside. The Villa was exceptionally clean, so comfortable, really well fitted out and really spacious. The BBQ area and terrace were great even when we had some rain one day we could still sit out. We all loved the pool although not massive we could still do a few lengths and cool off. Have no trouble recommending this Villa to anyone.

Private Villa with Swimming Pool

The villa was set amongst olive groves and although there were neighbours you felt as if you were in a rural retreat that was very private. The garden was pleasant, with different spots to relax under the trees, we all enjoyed picking the figs and almonds form the trees. The villa was comfortable and suited our family very well, the veranda provided a good chill out zone for the evenings and sitting around the pool during the day was very relaxing. Although small the pool provided plenty of opportunities for entertaining the youngsters. The villa was clean with all the amenities we needed, Most importantly our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, they were always ready t help out and respnded immediately to any requests made.

The owner was very welcoming and gave us plenty of information to make the nest of our stay. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of outside space and seating. We enjoyed the festival in Ceglie Messapica which was only minutes drive away, this included a procession and music. Alberobello was an amazing sight with all the Trulli worth a visit.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa from 25 July to 8 August 2016. The villa itself is in excellent condition and is very well presented by the owners David &amp; Andrew. They are both a delight to meet and will do anything for you. They made our whole experience and very special and enjoyable experience. From the complimentary provisions on arrival, to the very helpful intelligence about places to visit and the practicalities of finding markets, banks etc. The beautiful villa is set in a very peaceful location which gives you the peace and tranquility you want when on holiday, but yet it is within easy reach of Ceglie which is only a few minutes away by car. We would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a great base from which to explore the wonders of Puglia and to sample the delights of the local food and wines. A great experience and we hope that future guests enjoy it as much as we did. John and Jane Sansone (and the boys).

Our accommodation was excellent, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed hanging around, there was plenty of room to relax, and there was plenty to see in the area on our days out. I would definitely recommend a holiday here.

Beautiful property, fully enclosed grounds, great veranda, quiet setting but near Ceglie town (plenty of eateries from basic pizza to fine dining). Large and airy rooms. Elderly parents loved the bedroom with ensuite. Thanks.

We thoroughly recommend the above property. We stayed for a fortnight in August and found the property to be spacious and very clean. Good facilities and well equipped. Authentic countryside residence with olive, almond and fig trees. 
Our group totalled nine in total with room for all comfortably four adults and five children. We all loved the pool, outside shower and patio area, many an evening was spent barbequing and enjoying the warm evenings. Fantastic veranda with enough seating for our large party. 
Local town of Ceglie Messapica great for food shopping and eating out. 
Local beaches (approx 30 mins away)
