Lovely villa. Had everything you require for a holiday. Pool was excellent, just what we needed in the heat. Bit further from the beach than wed hoped but certainly walkable. Lovely restaurant in The Village just outside the security gates, pity we only found it towards the end of the holiday. Would definitely book this villa again.

A small group of us rented this villa in April and had an amazing time. Thank you Brian for organising airport pickup and dro p off as this made it a stress free transfer. From the moment we arrived we was met by Brian (the owner) and Joseph (site manager) who welcomed us and gave us some great local advise. Joseph helped us rent mopeds from one of the neighbouring villas at a very reasonable price of 150THB per day. It was so much fun exploring Pattaya this way and I found the roads really safe. I would highly recommend this villa as it was spacious and homely with modern facility’s including free Wi-Fi which was extremely useful. The villa was cleaned every other day by cleaners who are very trustworthy. The Villa location was perfect as we was walking distance to shops and restaurants and 10 min’s drive away from the very buzzy Pattaya night life. We preferred spending time at Jomtien beach (10 mins walk away) as there was a great selec tion of restaurants and bars without the sleaziness of Pattaya. Thanks Brian for your help with everything and we will certainly be renting with you again when we return.

We was picked up at the airport arranged by the owner. Was met at the house by joseph who looked after us throughout the stay. The house had everthing you need tv, dvd , european kitchen, air con in every room an a swimming pool. Would definitely book again great value for money

As photos used in adverts to display properties tend to enhance the plus side of things,we were very pleased to find the photos are correct and describe the property accuratly. Within seconds of arriving the children were in the pool,then had to be bribed to go anywhere except the pool. Position was perfect,taxi transport was easy. The next visit to Pattaya we will stay at your villa without a doubt. Thank You Vic,Pat,the kids plus friends

This Villa was the best part of my stay at Thailand.. Its very clean, big, modern and in a excellent location.. The management team was very good and very helpful. The villa facilities were perfect.. Its in a nice peaceful are and is also 5-10 mins to walking street.. You have Tescos about 3 mins away.. So the location is perfect.. I will recommend everyone to seriously stay at this place, you will not be let down. The prices are very good aswell.. I will definitely be staying there again... Thanks guys for everything. Hello Die Villa ist eifch nur Perfekt,wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa. Die Hygiene ist auch Perfekt, die Zimmermädchen waren jeden Tag da und haben die Villa sauber und schnell gepflegt.. wir kommen sicher gerne wider,leider ist die Walking street 10min entfernt wasdoch auch jeden Tag ca.300 Baht kostst. We were welcomed very warmly into the villa, and got all the information we needed right away. If we had any further questions,we could always reach Brian very easily during our stay...The villa was very nice,4 very decent bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool. I want to mention the cleaning service( which comes every day at an hour you prefer) especially, because these ladies were always very friendly, and did their best to disturb us as little as possible while they cleaned the villa...We were also very happy about the location of the villa,lots of shops and supermarkets were located very close to the villa and the going out scene was only 10 minutes by taxi..Its really hard to be critical about any point at all,because in general we were extremely positive about our stay!

I would like to recommend this villa to any family/ group wishing to stay in the Pattaya area . The facilities and decor were first rate and the owner could not have been more helpful . I visit Thailand often and will certainly be in touch with Mr . Gaitens to book again next time I am over that way ...he is a man I feel I can trust to give me a good deal and if you book with him I can feel sure you will agree ...Enjoy ! Regards Ian

Amazing Villa! Gray u.k. My 2 friends & i stayed at this villa for 6 nights, after meeting Brian & him showing us around, we knew we had picked the right one. The villa is spacious,clean & very comfortable. The outside dining area is great for those early evening drinks followed by a dip in your own private pool, which was superb. The location is great, its about a 10 min walk to Jomtien Beach or 3 mins in a taxi. Here you can get a taxi into Pattaya centre for 20 baht per person. The villa has everything you will need, its the perfect home from home! I will definetly be renting again from Brian, as he is someone you can trust & rely on.

Jay London UK Review Submitted: September 28, 2010 Date of Stay: September 2010 This has been one of the best holidays we have had. Its been a lads holiday and the villa was awesome. The swimming pool was great (been in there from 1am - 6am in the morning nearly everynight) and it was clean. Rooms were decorated and furnished to very high standards which made our stay even more comfortable. to say, just staying in was enough for us. After a few days we were referring to it as home!! Brian was great. He was very helpful and honest, its "what you see is what you get with him". the English speaking thai maid was superb and advised us on many occassions. The location could not have been better. Just minutes away from Pattaya Central (as Brian informed us), but only walking distance to a beautiful beach. Diving, Jet skiing and all beach activities available only moments away. The location also boasts great bars, shopping and restaurants (check out Shinanigans, great food - cheers Brian for Recommendation). A bonus was the close proximity of the 24hr shops which was great to pick up shoppoing and booze. I will definately be using Brians villa again and I recommend families and groups of friends to seriously consider - you will not be disaponted!!!
