My wife and I have been on many villa holidays and can assure anyone thinking of renting this villa that the photos and description are accurate.  It is well maintained and offers very good facilities. It is tranquil and secluded (not overlooked) yet within reach (20 mins stroll or 5 mins on the bikes) of Dalyan restaurants and tourism.  The pool is superb - very clean and well maintained, little chlorine and a good temperature.Sunbeds are all in good condition, with padded cushions.  Well appointed kitchen with a big fridge. All bedrooms have good beds, AC and ensuites that appeared as though recently refurbished.  Car port is great for shading a car.  Whilst there is no tv service, the home cinema system was good for DVDs, of which there are several in the villa. There is a very good visiors review book and guide book with comments from those who have stayed.  It will help you appreciate what things there are to do in the area and which restaurants to visit. We truly enjoyed our two weeks, thank you.

Villa Meliha is a beautiful villa, we have taken five villa holidays over the years and are all agreed that this villa was exceptianal. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained our only criticism was that it would be safer if there were steps at the shallow end of the pool.
As we like to cook when we are on holiday it would have been nice if there were more dishes and pots and pans as we found that we ran out of plates before the dish washer was full but this was only a minor inconvienience. We would deffinatly recommend this villa to friends as well as the Dalyan area as there is so much to see and do . Thank you Judy and Alistair for sharing your wonderful home with us.

This villa is fabulous and the surroundings amazing. We loved the pool and the upside down Villa. Would we go to the villa again.....not while with Oruc.  Our first party arrived 20mins early to the airport and had to wait 30 mins for Oruc transfers to turn up,we asked several times for the bike keys to take the bikes out, still waiting and noboby turned up at all to do any cleaning. We ended up washing our own sheets and towels, not what I want to do on holiday!!! Loved the villa not Oruc.

Had a brill time, went to Stowe, Bibury, Sudeley Castle Bourton-on-the-Water, the Swells and Slaughters and Broadway. You truly feel like you've stepped back in time in some places. Thank-you for a comfortable stay.

The Loft, Duplex Apartment, Cotswolds

We've enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The flat is perfect, comfortable and situated in the middle of town. I specifically enjoyed a 2 hour walk in the surroundings on the public footpath.
I felt immediately at home in your beautiful apartment 10/10. We absolutely loved spending 2 1/2 days here! Great surroundings with restaurants and stores. i will recommend this to everyone! We could not have wished for a better apartment during our stay here. Charming village and lovely people :) 

Fabulous villa and perfect  location for relaxing and escaping too. We look forward to our trip there every June.

This was my third visit to Dalyan and I keep finding another delightful nugget or two. The villa is stunning and surrounded by an area where you have nothing much more to do than choose what to eat and drink and visit wonderful places, Another visit full of surprises and enjoyment which was made even better by finding yet more wonderful places to visit. My own particular favourites are the Golbasi Restaurant and the Hidden Garden and the Hamam at the BC Spa.

A lovely tranquil spot. The views are stunning and simply take your breath away. We loved being surrounded by orchards and listening to the sounds of the farmyard. The villa is beautifully designed so that the breeze travels through the building, keeping you cool. It was nice to feel that we were in the heart of rural Turkey but close enough to Dalyan to enjoy the wonderful riverside amenities there. Although some distance from the sea the journey to the beach via the lake near Gokbel is a dream and we would also recommend the river&#045boat journey to Iztuzu beach, very relaxing and the chance to enjoy some amazing wildlife. <br><br>Sue, Angie, Penny, Caroline, Judy, Chrissie.
