Shells Apartments

We have just returned from our holiday at this apartment. 
  
We had a really nice time whilst we were there and the apartment met all of our needs and more. We were unable to identify any shortcomings. We found the apartment to be exactly as described with basic but totally adequate fittings and furnishings. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and the washing machine with its short cycle was ideal for freshening up clothes. The complex is well located close enough to the main road so that shops and restaurants were easy to get to but in a quiet road so no noisy disturbances. 
  
There were a couple of small problems in initially but these were unavoidable. More to the point a quick phone call had these resolved almost immediately. 
  
All in all we had a great time and the attitude of the owner and the representative in the resort was exemplary

Wow! Shells Apartment was the perfect accommodation for both myself and my friend. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
We were very impressed with the apartment and felt it definitely is a wonderful place to stay. We were genuinely pleased that it matched its description on the Shells Apartment Website. We noticed that it has been recently revamped giving the apartment a more modern and a very comfortable homely feel to it.
We couldnt believe how spacious it was both inside and outside on the veranda. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated throughout.
My friend was particularly impressed as we had Wifi access and the electrical appliances such as the stereo were really modern so we could use our iPod.
The owners assistance was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. We were surprised and particularly impressed with their thoughtful service - on arrival we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine. We thought of this as an unexpected but lovely gesture and it was gratefully received.
The price we both strongly agreed was very reasonable and fantastic value for money. We felt this because it is a very modern beautiful apartment on a very impressive complex and although we had hired a car we found we hardly used it as everything is conveniently in walking distance.
I will definitely look to rebook a holiday with Shells Apartment as it has ticked all the boxes for me and even excelled my expectations of a holiday apartment. Well done Shells Apartment and thank you so much for all your friendly and helpful assistance. I look forward to requesting your services in the near future.

An updat e to my previous review. Since being in contact with the owners of the apartment, the issues that I listed in my previous review are being swiftly dealt with. Unfortunatley outside agencies employed by the owners were not maintaining the apartment to the standard that is advertised, they have now been dismissed and the apartment will soon be up to its advertised 5 star standard. As I mentioned in my previous review it is a lovely apartment, spacious and in a great complex and also an ideal location within the resort. Now that I have been reassured that the issues have been dealt with I would have no hesitation about staying here again, and would recommend it to friends &amp; family.

OUR STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAS A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN TO MAKE YOUR HOLIDAY VERY ENJOYABLE. IT HAS A LARGE PATIO AREA AND IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WHICH HAS A VERY GOOD POSITION CLOSE TO THE SWIMMING POOL. THE APARTMENT IS WALKING DISTANCE OF TOWN CENTRE BUT IT IS NOT EFFECTED BY ANY NOISE AND HAS A VERY NICE TROPICAL GARDEN ON SITE. WE WILL CERTAINLY VISIT SHELLS APARTMENT AGAIN.
