Spent a week in this villa, very clean on arrival with a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge, real home from home feel to the villa, lovely big rooms with all modern appliances available, the pool area is fantastic, again very clean and well maintained, we found the pool area very private and due to its location on a private cul de sac, no road noise, so very peacefull. At the bottom of the cul de sac and across the road is coral bay beach so again is a fantastic location for Sun worshippers, a few local bars and a supermarket about 500 metres down the main road with the main strip of coral bay a good 15 walk away, in the heat was a bit of a walk but again local taxi rank is available for a few euros up to the strip. Overall a good clean villa in a great location, would definitely recommend.

the property was excellent, the information within the villa was very helpful, the people employed to maintain the property were very helpful and sorted any issues very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice ,comfortable villa that just needed some fine tuning to be the accommodation of choice when in Pafos! Information pertaining to services need to be updat ed however. The phone left for our use (which is a great idea) unfortunately had an incorrect charger and so was left to gather more dust. We also searched fruitlessly for the spare villa keys before reading in the comments book that a previous guest had in fact lost said keys! Also,some of the grounds maintenance staff,while very polite and friendly,did not in fact make us aware of their presence until commencement of their tasks and the weekly linen change had to be prompted with a telephone call. Finally, about 9 bulbs need to be replaced including those around the pool. Clearly the agent on site needs to be a little more pro-active! Despite these minor issues my family and I had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.

The accommodation was superb everything you would need for a break in Cyprus. The location was great, near to local shops and amenities and about 3 minutes away from the beach!! Pool at villa was a godsend as weather was hot, but car parking area and gardens were very useful too. The handbook provided by the house owner was invaluable and had some great tips on where to eat, places to visit etc.

This is a beautiful villa and perfect location for a stress free and relaxing and quiet holiday. Villa was very very clean with everything you could need and more, all to a very high standard.The pool and gardens were stunning and well maintained. Near to shops and restaurants too. Bus service into Paphos and Harbour excellent and very cheap. The owners were very very helpful with lots of info about places to visit, car hire, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone and we hope to return again next year.

Villa Elini is a fantastic property and provides everything a family would need for their holiday in the sun. The villa and pool area are beautiful furnished and well maintained. Within walking distance of the main Coral Bay area and just a short drive to Pafos we couldn't have asked for more. Thank You.

This is a lovely villa, and furnished and cleaned to an exceptional standard. Attention to detail is excellent with a well stocked (and free) welcome pack. Located on a very quiet complex, yet close to the beach, shops, bars, tavernas etc. The owners were extremely helpful in the run up to our holiday, answering all our questions quickly, providing detailed info on local ammenities and arranging a taxi from the aiport. During our stay, the local managers of the villa popped round to make sure everything was ok, which gave confidence that if anything was needed, we knew who to contact. The whole experience of renting this villa was very smooth and we would definitely recommend and use this villa again. Downside: We only had 2 weeks! Thx.

Loved this villa, private pool, not overlooked.spotlessly clean, a.c. ( a godsend!). Wi fi, sat t.v. X box, loads of books. .......I know! 2 mins from the bus stop if pathos is your thing, 2 mins from lovely restaurants and a friendly pub that shows all your sports. The beach is beautiful, and only 5 mins walk, water sports, pro diving shop, family friendly. Snorkelling round the break water is a must. On arrival there is a welcome pack, discount vouchers for only the decent eateries in the area and 2 local numbers for the agents who are happily available for any assistance you may need. This was my 7th or 8th visit to Cyprus and easily the best. I will certainly be booking again.
