we hired the villa for two weeks and ahve to say we loved it, the pictures on the internet wer exactly how it was, the only thing that was dissapointing was that we asked if the pictures from the lawn was benidorm and its la calla finestrat so we wer a bit further out than expected,it also says that its not suitable for disabled but my husband has loss of leg and arm and we hired an electric chair and coped really well the inside doors are big enough for normal wheelchairs to get in and out of, we found all the rooms of good size and the master bedroom was lovely, the one disapointment we had was that we arrived in the early hours of the morning and there was no welcome pack which we wer told there would be, there was one bottle of water between 6 of us so i would make sure you are sure of this when booking, we would definatelt go back to the villa and if you like golf and peace and quiet this is definately the place for you.

The property was lovely yo look at, the decor was simple but effective, the size of the rooms were good, and having a dining table was very useful,  having a washing machine was a great help too travelling with a toddler.There was a good selec tion of cooking and serving equipment, which enabled good meal preparation. 
However the basic things such as mop and bucket, broom and things to wash up were not available. It would also have been useful to have instructions as to to how things worked, i.e washing machine instructions in English, just to know which programmes were which.On arrival at villa, the little things like loo roll had not been changed and so there was not enough to even last the first day, this was not so much of a problem for me as I know the village very well, but for someone visiting for the first time not knowing where the shops were it may have been a little inconvenient.
The TV didnt work, which were also one of the things we were expecting travelling with children, as something to occupy them when the weather was so hot, and wanted to stay out of midday sun.
Had expected that the villa would be cleaned during the stay on a weekly basis, but this did not happen, We had a double room and I returned one day to find the cleaners had been in, but all that was left on the bed was a single sheet and a single pillow case, there had been nothing else done within the villa.
The maintainence of the grounds and pool were excellent, and the people responsible for this were seen to be busy all day.
Due to the frequent powercuts, it would have been useful for a torch or other emergency lighting to be available.
The first 5 days or so, the butane gas, for cooking was leaking so the villa smelt of gas for the first week, before the on sight caretaker came and someone came the next day and fitted a new attachment which solved the problem.
The flooring around the pool and on balcony was extremely slippery and there were several falls due to this. Lights on the upstairs balcony did not work, so it was easier not to use this.
The location of villas was excellent with the dolmus stopping right outside, and the monday market just across the road, able to access shops, bars and resaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and 5 minutes to the beach on dolmus.
Overall, this was a great place to stay, and if there was just a little fine tuning, you will not be able to fault this villa. The owner was really friendly, and made contact before departure, to wish us  a good holiday.

A new property in excellent condition. In a good loacation - we heard no noise at all at night yet only a few minutes walk away and it's really quite lively. Good sized pool. We had a great holiday and will definitely return.
