Studio Flat consisting of a living room (open plan kitchen) with a balcony, bathroom, situated on the 1st floor (there is an elevator) part of a residence complex with it's own pool.The balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool.

There is 24 hour reception service within the apartment (English, Russian and Turkish speaking officers are available)

Accomodates up to 4 persons–(URL HIDDEN)sofa bed (for 2 persons) and a bed(2 persons)

Flat is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchenware, home accessories, Satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Access to aquatic swimming pools, sunbathing areas, cafe and pool bar, hairdresser, wellness center, shops, mini market, cleaning services, kids playground, outdoor fitness areas and a close by area for barbeques and picnics.

With a 1 minute walking distance through an underground passage that leads to the beach, the area also provides a supermarket, restaurant and a car rental company in close proximity.

UTILITY COSTS : electricity, water (excluding drinking water), gas and unlimited internet are included in the rental price

Please note that the electricity fee is included up to 10 kWh per day. The amount would cover the daily usage. The guest will be charged for the extra amount used over 10 kWh per day. The calculation will be based on the local prices applied to the property. (0.25 Euro per KWth).

The refundable damage deposit is 100 Euro (cash). It will be paid at check-in and will be paid back to guest at check-out.
