''We found the property very nice, clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 9. Above expectation. The (heated) pool was great; we played volleyball a lot. We had a wonderful time at Villa Alexandros Palace!
The welcoming package was a real welcome! Thank you very much.
The location was very good. A spectacular view and quiet neighbourhood. So nice that we had our own fruits, lemons, grapefruits in the yard. Delicious. Nearby villages close enough, 15 minutes drive.
We enjoyed eating at restaurants Molos in Latchi and Moustakallis Tavern in Polis. We really liked the Latchi boattrip to the Blue Lagoon with BBQ. Snorkelling was great. The hike in Akamas, Aphrodite trail was beautiful. Also our hike to the Caledonia falls in Troodos was very nice.
Yes, we are very happy with the agents service. Correct and fast reply, very friendly. The owner came on our second day and fixed a not working light bulb right away. He also gave some tips for eating out.''.

We had a wonderful time at Alexandros' Palace and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for all your help - and many thanks to Mel and Peter and to Alexandros who looked after us superbly! The was fantastic. We had family with us for the first week, including our 3 sons and their wives and 3 grandchildren aged 3, 3 and 18 months. The second week we were joined by 3 adult couples. The property worked very well for both weeks, with plenty of space for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the outside eating area on the first floor veranda and the pool area, which was extremely well equipped for guests of all ages! The views were absolutely stunning - we cannot recommend it highly enough. Perfect location - we loved being in the mountains where there was a cooling breeze. Peristerona had a small supermarket for emergencies, but was in easy reach of the larger supermarket in Polis. We were also in easy reach of the lovely restaurants in Latchi as well as the water sports centre, the marina and horse riding in the mountains. We loved Molos in Latchi and the restaurant on the crossroads in Steni (sorry - can't remember its name). "La Plage" beach in Latchi was ideal for the small children as it had toilets, ice cream, a restaurant and children's play area (as well as the sand and sea). We also loved the water sports centre in Latchi - we enjoyed paddle boarding, sailing a Dart 16, wake boarding and a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon. We also enjoyed a visit to the zoo and the water park in Paphos as well as a trip to the local market there. We also highly recommend horse riding, where we had a gentle ride to the top of the mountain, with a brandy sour waiting for us at the top. I had many questions as I was worried about taking the whole family away for the first time with the small children. Steven was extremely helpful and responsive and put my mind at rest every time. Mel and Peter were easy to reach and dealt with our queries straight away. The property was very clean and we appreciated the change of linen and the mid stay clean.

The property was perfect. It was a home from home and had everything that we could have wanted or needed. It was beautiful both inside and out. The pool was gorgeous and the view across to Latchi at sunset each night was absolutely stunning. We spent most of our days talking about how soon we could return! We loved the location of the villa as it was quiet and secluded but within easy reach of shops and restaurants within a short drive. The view was outstanding and for us it was the best location that we have stayed so far! We love Moustakallis restaurant in Polis and the beach at Latchi.
We were so happy in this villa that we spent most of our time at the villa relaxing in the pool and enjoying the sunsets and didn’t venture out as much as usual. Everything was perfect again this year. Communication was excellent and the information provided for finding the property was spot on. Would definitely continue to use again. Very satisfied in all respects. Please ensure we are kept on your mailing list for future years :-) We are considering having our wedding in Cyprus and staying at a villa (probably the one we have just stayed in) with our family, so any info on this would be welcome!

The villa was perfect, even better than we excpected. Kids (and adults) enjoyed their stay. Great views to Polis area and hills. Awsome place for relaxation. Location was just what we looked for peaceful and genuine rural atmosphere. There is a good value for money taverna up next village Lysos. They also have takeaways, menu is left at Villa now. Aphorides bath has also good scuba beach (near Latchi) Yes we were very satified with the service, your rep. came to see us and told all necessary things. We will return.

Excellent villa, couldnt have wished for more, Alexandros Palace is its name and it is just felt like being in a real palace, spacious, clean, wonderfull views, quiet with all the amenities you could ever need. The location is ideal for families who do not wish for late night out in bars etc, the views from the property are fantastic and worth the necessary drive for supplies, shopping and excursions. The beach and bars are better in Polis than Paphos but that maybe we are a couple of mature years and do not crave the busy night life. The Baths of Adonis was well worth the visit as long as you dont mind the rough roads and a £9 entry charge. We also enjoyed the Tombes of Kings although I wouldnt recomend visiting midday like we did, too hot!! The Paphos zoo was worth the visit and better than most zoos Ive seen in hot countries. Great agent service, nice and easy to understand with all the relevent information provided. We had a couple of minor issues but the local managers were very quick to rectify so no reasons for complaint. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

The property was excellent, very spacious and well laid out. Good size of rooms and kept cool with the shutters closed. The location was very peaceful which was just what we were looking for, the local shop was ok for basics but anywhere else we drove. The directions provided were excellent and a perfect route to the villa from the airport. We spent several days out of the two weeks visiting local towns and villages, Polis and Lachi were very nice for an evening meal, with plenty of shops bars and restaurants to choose from. The best (biggest) supermarket in Polis was close enough to the villa for us to frequent. Paphos was a great day out down by the harbor, lots of souvenir shops and interesting also for the children. Very happy with your service.
