The 1st floor fully equipped apartment (100sq.m in total) has a separate kitchen with dining area, lounge room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sun bed and extra tables.
The home entertainment and communications include Satellite TV , DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player, books, music and video library
The building is equipped with a lift and secure entry system, located in a residential area, far enough from busy roads to have a good relaxing holidays. There is a dedicated off-road car parking slot under the building. The car is not necessary though as all amenities, shops and beach are within walking distance
All rooms have built-in wardrobes and Air Conditioning. The Renters pay for electricity used by meter.

The area is a lovely mixture of various cultures, mostly populated with Cypriot and English communities.
There is a lot to do around including water activities (swimming, sun bathing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet water biking, fishing, boat cruising), quad-biking, go-karting, walking (there are free walking tours in Larnaca and other areas), cycling etc
High street and designer shops, the Saturday fruit/vegetable/meat markets, numerous cafes, bars & restaurants are highly popular and are within 3 min walk, on the way to Promenade
Natural, cultural and historical attractions
One of the main attractions in the winter months is the Larnaca Salt Lakes Park, a bustling sanctuary to the Pink flamingos.
