This Villa is a traditional stone villa built in the 1930es. It sits on a property of over 3000 m2 with a wide range of facilities. The entire property is private with no neighbors overlooking, ideal for those who want 100% privacy. There is a playground for children with a variety of fun facilities.
The highlight of the villa Santa Domenica is definitely the terrace and pool area. There is a sun deck furnished with beach chairs where you can relax after swimming in the infinity swimming pool which has also a built-in jacuzzi. There is also a barbecue for preparing and enjoying meals on the porch with the dining area. The whole area is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves.
