On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen, dining and living room, the stylish dining and living area is open plan, with the kitchen tucked around the corner. This sociable space is perfect for sitting back and relaxing, boasting access directly to the terrace. Also on this floor, there is a spa area, housing a luxurious Jacuzzi and sauna as well as a bathroom. Stepping up to the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms with beautiful stone walls and two modern en-suite bathrooms. The stone walls bring a warmth and cosy ambience to the rooms, so you can truly settle in. On the second floor, there are two more en-suite bedrooms for your comfort. The third floor boasts a large double room with its own en-suite and a picturesque, romantic terrace which overlooks the sea.

As you step outside, the tranquillity and luxury of this property continues. The private swimming pool is located on a secluded, dreamy terrace. Location

The villa is located in the popular, charming city of Bol on Brac Island. This characterful city is well worth a visit, situated on the southern part of the island Brac, it is the oldest town on the coast of Brac. This little town is an extraordinary tourist oasis because of the wide gravel and sandy beaches which expand over 10 km down the coastline. Brac Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brac is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica and there's over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit, a real gem on the island! The villa is located just 30 meters from the clear blue sea of Brac Island and is close to the promenade to the Golden Horn, which is Brac Island's most famous beach. The beach is somewhere you must visit, to see for yourself why it is known as one of the most beautiful in the world. Bol itself boast plenty of local restaurants and bars should you decide to take a break from cooking during your stay, or why not visit one of the local markets to pick up some fresh produce to cook for yourself in this glamorous villa!
