Situated only 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Sunny Beach and Nessabar this detached luxury villa is the ideal location, with sea views and perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding areas. Take your pick from the world heritage site of Nessabar or the more commercialised areas of lively Sunny Beach or New Nessabar with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.
Bus services operate to both places from The nearby Vineyards complex during the high season but a car is still highly recommended but not essential. Alternatively, relax at the villa with private pool and make use of the free facilities at the nearby complex where there is a bar, restaurant and a small supermarket plus sports facilities. The hotel also has a spa offering an array of treatments. (Facilities vary depending on season)
We also use a company for airport transfers, shopping trips and airport 'stop and shop' service-you can get further information and book at

Set in its own private gardens with 40m2 swimming pool, this fabulous detached villa is the perfect place to stay. Having the added advantage of a hotel complex nearby, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the privacy of your own home, whilst enjoying the complex facilites a short walk away. The villa has 3bedrooms and bathrooms, two bedrooms on the first floor with en suite bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor with 3rd shower room next to it. Top quality furnishings throughout, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine in separate utility room, 3 large bedrooms(2 en suite). Family of 5 adults who had been to the area before. We had a really good time and found the villa clean and well equipped. The views were good and the hill top breeze was very welcoming. The nearby vineyard resort was easy to get to across the field and there you can find a restaurant and bar. Gabby was very helpful and always at hand.
Ravda is a very close Bulgarian resort and definitely worth a visit. So is St Vlas, although a little more expensive. However our favourite place was Nessebar; an abundance of restaurants, bars and history.

Overall a fantastic time had by all.

Thank you for your review, it's lovely to hear from guests and I'm so pleased that you enjoyed the villa and your holiday. It sounds like you saw quite a few places. If Nessabar was your favourite I would definitely recommend Sozopol if you ever return to this area. Kind regards, Sharon

A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. Perfect for our needs. Wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived but this was very quickly fixed by the on-site property manager. Great base from which to explore the Black Sea coastline. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying at this villa whether your a family or a couple. The villa was clean with excellent facilities, Sharon the owner was very helpful with any requests we had prior to arriving at the villa and when we arrived at the complex nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the gatehouse.

We will definitely be booking this villa again.

Lovely villa in a very quiet location .Although we did not have young children it is a good place to sit back relax and let children play around the pool.Complex next to the villas was a very family friendly place . Used the restaurant and their pool frequently.
Good instructions to get to the villa which was needed as we arrived during the night. The last part of the road / lane is a track but you are told about this .
A welcome pack would have been useful to us as arriving during the night there were no shops open. This I understand wil be an option in future if required.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here with four teenagers who were never bored! The villa is very clean with excellent support from the complex team who cleaned very thoroughly four times during our stay and the pool was cleaned almost everyday. I would agree a car is essential but the hotel complex is only a few minutes walk away for an evening meal or a drink. Minor critism would be a two ring hob is a bit small for a large party but the huge BBQ more than makes up for it, all in all a great place to stay in a lovely area with lots to do and very reasonable.

The Villa itself is of a very high standard, the views are wonderful and because the villa has a glass front you have a brilliant sea view. We met some lovely people and everyone seemed extremely happy on Floral Hills.

The Hotel although looks fabulous was not open and would not be open until next year. I think one of the draw for us was that we could use the hotel facilities - but we couldnt. Not that it particularly bothered us because the villa was fantastic and you have some wonderful places close by like Ravda, Nessebar and for the youngsters Sunny Beach - you didnt need to go looking for any further entertainment. We ate in the Hotel Restaurent a couple of times and found it provided a very good service, wide selec tion on the menu (especially the vegetarian platter and the pork platter) and the food was very reasonably priced. I think all in all we thought that the food in the hotel was the best we had.

We also visited the Cristal restaurant in Moldova - Steves suggestion and it again was lovely. One other place to go for a fantastic breakfast (real Sausage and bacon) was the Boat in Ravda. Thoroughly enjoyed the food in this place.

One thing that we thought was missing was a general guide - we have been holidaying in villas for the last eight years and everyone had a file with basic information in. we had never been to Bulgaria before and it would have been nice to have a general guide as to where to visit, different restaurants around the area. The other thing we were quite surprised about is that The Vineyard complex themselves didnt really promote the restaurant we thought that there would be a menu in the villas with prices and we didnt know until the end of the holiday but you can Take Away!

Car hire is (we think) a must, buses are available but for pure ease, especially when you are new to the area it was nice to climb into a car. Driving on the roads - you literally take your life into your hands - i have never seen in any country people overtaking and double overtaking as they do, we found keeping to the speed limit and letting the others do exactly what they want was the ideal scenario.

One other reason we did hire a car was that the supermarket on the complex was very poorly stocked and we wouldnt have been able to survive - we used the Carrefour in Bourgas (3 litre box of Chardonnay wine less than £5.00).

All in all this villa was excellent value for money, Bulgaria itself, although quite a bit behind will soon catch up with the rest of Europe and it was nice to visit when it is still quite raw. Bulgaria is a must we certainly will be re-visiting !!!!!

I had hoped that the company managing my villa were going to provide an information sheet for my villa this year but unfortunately they did not. I have been to Bulgaria several times but have only stayed at the villa once and spent the entire time furnishing it so didnt get chance to check out the local areas etc and make recommendations. However, there will be a guest information file for the 2010 season and also a guest book where people can leave their own personal recommendations as obviously, guests like these would have some great tips for future guests.

Hi Sharon,Thanks for the last 2 weeks. The villa was first class with every thing we needed, great views, very comfortable inside or relaxing outside and chilling in the pool were some of our best days. Bistra and Tom were both very helpful. Thanks againPhil

We’ve just spent 2weeks at the Villa. The villa was beautiful, living area was very comfortable and the bedrooms had enough storage for our clothes etc. We particularly liked having our own pool, it was great for my 6 year old. Pool was large enough for swimming races etc. and the water jets do wonders for your feet! There is a lovely breeze all the time and the view is great. Although the villa is in a street we still felt we had enough privacy while sunbathing and sitting out on the patio. Another great benefit was the TV, there was a great selec tion of channels with two cartoon channels for the kids. The hotel resort nearby is new and still has a few teething problems. The shop on the resort is handy for the basic essentials and the restaurant isn’t too expensive. We ate in Nessabar most nights and that can be a bit pricey, but you really do get what you pay for and I’d recommend the restaurant Hemmingway’s. Staying at the villa is excellent value for money and has so many more benefits than your normal package holiday!

The villa was fabulous and excellent value for money. Nice to be able to walk along to the hotel next door when we felt like a change. xbox360 was a real hit with the kids and a nice extra to have when it rained. Great value in Bulgaria compared to rest of Europe and a great location to visit Sunny Beach and Nessabar as in between the two. Lovely peaceful setting without being out of the way.
