Ciprian manages a truly stunning villa in Romania. It has 13 ensuite bedrooms and sleeps over 20 people! It has a sauna, indoor (and heated!) private pool, jacuzzi, outdoor children's play area and games room - and it's just 10km from the nearest ski resort.
Hi Ciprian, tell us a little bit about this colossal property and its location...
It's a new build, but it's got a luxurious and vintage feel to it; it has the old Saxon architectural elements but with the complete five-star facility package. It's situated in the old town of Cristian (9km from Brasov).
Why do you love the area?
Cristian is a town where houses have souls, where you inhale and exhale history, where tranquillity gets a whole new meaning. The souls of the Saxon ancestors are wonderfully preserved here as houses have kept the architectural particularities of the medieval ages - but with parts of them having been refurbished, so that history should become more vivid.
Who would you recommend this property to?
Well, families with children make up most of our guests, but we can also cater for couples' retreats. Groups are welcomed especially for celebrating events like big birthdays and weddings.
Finally, give us a recommendation for your favourite local activity...
It has to be Dracula's Castle in Bran - it's just spectacular, and really chilling - we can take renters there on a guided tours. 
A little background on Romania...
Romania might not be the first country on your bucket-list but it has much to offer for those who want to escape the tourist-traps when they're on holiday. Brasov is about 2 hours and 45 minutes north of Bucharest and is full of natural beauty. It is a former Saxon settlement surrounded by natural parks and oozing with fairy-tale charm. Romania is the land of Dracula and it doesn't disappoint in showcasing a fascinating array of medieval villages, Gothic and awe-inspiring castles, fortified churches, and ornate monasteries; there's certainly a magical quality to this unique country.
