An interview with Yonel who has an apartment in Esentepe, Northern Cyprus

  We had a quick chat with Yonel who owns an apartment in Esentepe, Northern Cyprus. It sleeps 4 people, is a 2 minute walk from the beach and an impressive golf-course, and there is a shared swimming pool for guests to use. The best bit… it costs from a bargain £146 per week! Property Reference 179173 Hi Yonel, tell us a bit about your property and its location… My apartment is within a holiday village with many facilities such as gym, tennis courts, swimming pool. The holiday village is on the sea front which can be accessed within 5 minutes walk and a prestigious golf course is just half a mile along the road.   Why do you love the area? It’s great for a family holiday, for relaxing, and it’s in a perfect location to explore the Island, especially the coastline.   Who would you recommend this property to? I would recommend this property to families and couples who enjoy the beach, sun,  or if you love golf.   Talk us through your routine for making sure your property is perfect for your guests when they arrive. I check that all items are in the property, check the property has been cleaned to high standards along with all linens and towels, check that everything is working such as lights, Wi-Fi, etc. I prepare an information pack such as bus time table, things to do, emergency numbers etc., discount cards etc.   Finally, give us a recommendation for your favourite local beach. My favourite Beach is Alagadi (Turtle Beach); it is close by, free entry and sandy. Its great for long walks when its not so hot and a lovely beach in the summer with crystal clear water. In the evening you might even catch a glimpse of the Loggerhead Turtles. On the beach is a great little local café/restaurant serving grilled fish and local mezes and good prices.
