While we didn't use the twin beds the remaining beds were used by our party and all were found to be comfortable. The sofa's at the front of the villa appeared to be new and those at rear were in very good condition and all very comfortable. The owner of Private Disney Pool Villa, Paul is extremely helpful and answered any queries very quickly via VRBO. Two items broke down during our stay 1st was the toaster, contacted Paul and a new one arrived via Amazon two mornings later. The 2nd turned out to be the "waste disposal" and not the dishwasher leaking as we thought, Paul had it replaced by a technician a couple of days after the report on a Sunday. Paul's customer care is faultless and he rightly takes great pride in his property. For those interested in food a Publix (grocery store) is a 5min drive away. The Osceola Polk Line Road is approximately a 10min drive away bounded on both sides by restaurants which include McDonald's, Ford's Garage and Texas Road house to name a few , and leads to Champions Gate and the I4 (interstate carriageway) for access to all the theme parks. All in all an excellent Villa in a very quiet gated community with a fishing lake with it's own 3-4 foot long Alligator at rear of clubhouse.

The area was very nice and quiet with no alligators that we noted in the lake (much to the lads disappointment!). Air con was perfect and all you need for a 2 week holiday was supplied and some bits and bobs left behind ie tea bags etc. and of course we obliged and left some non perishables too. It was a great trip and lovely place to unwind after a manic high itinerary theme park fest which was appreciated. Good comm's from the host also. this was a great place if you are looking to go to Florida and want a lake view, parks access and not to far form amenities ticking all the boxes after hours of research!
