The Westridge community offers a great mix of residents and short-term rental homes.
Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained and safe, with well-lit streets. The homes are very nicely spaced in a landscape of rolling hills.
Unlike many other developments our community offers to you, as a guest, free use of its cabana, with meeting area and gym to get to know other residents and holiday makers; community pool, lit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a safe and fun area for children to play in with swings, slides and a family picnic area.

New Mexico Lane is a beautiful 3 bed home that will comfortably sleep 6 people.
The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated with additional ceiling fans for comfort. The house has traditional cathedral ceilings and an open, airy floor plan.
Bed linen and towels are provided. We provide a free local telephone service, large washing machine, large dryer, iron and ironing board, and there is more than adequate storage for all your belongings (and newly purchased presents!!!).
The key is located on-site in a lockbox for your convenience so your holiday can begin straight away and our Caretaker is available 24 hrs a day, if needed.
Comfortably furnished, the lounge/living room has a 50” colour television with video recorder, DVD and cable.
Double patio doors give access to the south facing heated swimming pool.
The wonderful feature of the pool area is its perpetually sunny south facing aspect and its privacy with a surrounding of well-maintained lawns. The pool is completely screened thus preventing any insects entering whilst allowing through every ray of sun!!
The kitchen is well laid out with all the usual mod cons.
It comes complete with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, automatic dishwasher, garbage disposal, fire extinguisher (!!!) and phone.
Dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc are all provided.
The kitchen also boasts a breakfast bar with stools and dining area.
The kitchen/diner gives access to a large double garage.
Within the garage are the washer and dryer, patio equipment and the gas barbeque for your use after a long day with Mickey Mouse!!
The master bedroom is en suite with a large walk-in shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity and gives further access to the pool area. No need to go through the house, wet from the pool to get to a bathroom!
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and matching bedside furniture. There is an additional 32 inch TV and a High Speed (Broadband) Wireless Internet connection should you wish to bring with you an internet ready laptop computer, the keycode/password is on the sticker on the router.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equally well furnished with bedroom 2 having a large double bed, a TV and bedroom 3 having two single beds.
These two bedrooms have immediate access to the family bathroom.
Should they be required for young children/babies a high chair and crib are available.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
New mexico lane is fully licensed by state and county authorities.
The villa is cleaned between bookings at no extra charge.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required at the time of booking….the balance amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date or immediately if less than 6 weeks.
Optional pool heat….£75 per week
Late availability is available at low season rates…..a bargain!!!

stayed May/June 2016 in this beautiful home. Internally the property is spotless and very comfortable - new appliances such as HUGE TV and new washer and dryer which were amazing. The owners are lovely and very quick to respond to email. The villa has 3 large bedrooms and we as a family of 5 were very comfortable - not cramped at all. The location is excellent, on the 27 about halfway between the I4 and the 192. So handy for all attractions and there is an abundance of food/shopping on the 192. I could not recommend this villa highly enough. We had a wasps nest at the front door and rang the management company - they had someone out in less than 20 minutes to remove it. Great service, great location and lovely home. Will hopefully be back soon. Thank you
We have just come home from this lovely Villa .... this is our 4th time we have stayed here ... the location is great, not far from the parks... The Villa is not overlooked and has the sun in the pool area all day .... The couches in the family do need renewing, they are not as comfy as they were .. The king sized bed in the Master room is so lovely & Comfy .... The washing Machine & Dryer are new & are fantastic .... The Management company where there when needed ... The Villa is not far from the shops..... you could walk (if desired) to the nearest shop (Publix) ...Applebee's is also near ... Turn right as you leave the estate & drive for about 5 minuets there are a good selection on Restaurants. Including Crackerbarrel (One of our favourites)... We love this Villa & plan to stay in the future.
Lovely villa in a lovely location.communication with the owner was excellent, any questions we asked were answered straight away.. Lovely pool only downside if there is more than 3 of you as there is only 3 sun beds. The couches in the family room could also do with being renewed but don't let this put you off. The washing machine is fantastic very up to date. No bugs whatsoever in the house as there is bug plug ins to deter them. We would definitely use again if available for later in the year.
We have just come back from our 2 week holiday and stayed at this villa.. This is our 3rd time at this villa and the changes the new owners have made are fantastic.
We had one problem which was Villa Renters had given us the old door lock number and we didnt have a phone number for the management company to find out the new one ...Luckily I had emailed the owner days before going out and was able to get in touch with them & get the new number ...something that need sorting ASAP
The villa is close to Disney local shops and an Apple berrys which you may have to book in busy months as it gets packed close to the 192 which has a lot of shops ,Restaurants. & crazy golf
We have booked this villa again for Aug next year
