This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled away in the woodsy area of Glacier Springs. Walking in from the main door you'll find a cozy living area with a futon, a free-standing wood stove (firewood provided), a flat-screen TV with a DVD Player. Just behind the living room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar/island, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a sliding door that goes out to the nice covered porch. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 hallway bathrooms, 1 is a 1/2 bath, the second a 3/4 bath. Just outside is a hot tub and a gas grill. This wi-fi and hot tub-equipped monitored family home will sleep 6 - 8 persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY).

Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
