The villa has 3 sets of patio doors opening across the back onto the south facing pool and terrace, with FANTASTIC LAKE VIEW!
Imagine waking up in the morning and stepping out into the sun, or relaxing and admiring the waterbirds from the master bedroom! This room also has US King size bed with pillow top mattress, luxury bedding, 31" Smart TV, ...and a giant ensuite with Roman style bath, twin vanity units and an over size shower! The walk in wardrobe has a SAFE with FREE USE for guest security.

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, lamps, , chairs,clocks, lots of storage space, flatscreen 31" Smart TV's , or TV/DVD combos and are beautifully decorated in Florida themes.....
Master 2 , with a shower room ensuite, newly decorated , queen bed with brand new plush mattress and box, luxury bedding, has a view of the front garden, which is unoverlooked.

The villa is situated in quiet cul-de-sac with no opposite housing and no thru traffic........

One of the twin bedrooms is professionally decorated in a COLOURFUL DISNEY THEME, and a store of toddler toys including Happy Town play set, shopping , dressing up and play tea sets. The family bathroom, with 2 separate vanity units and a shower over bath, is tastefully equipped to compliment the theme. The other twin bedroom is newly decorated to a SLICK SURFIN USA! theme.......
We are now pleased to be able to add that the twin surfin' theme room may be reconfigured as a US king size bedroom on request,thus allowing 3 couples to sleep in comfort..all with own bathroom facilities
There is SPECIAL PROVISION FOR THE YOUNGEST FAMILY MEMBERS .....- brand new pack and play with accessories, +basic travel style cot(useful as play pen), and baby linen, a basic stroller , handy for the parks with youngsters in tow! and a really comfortable full double pushchair with shade and cover, highchair, babywalker,, car seat, and booster seat.... toddler and pool toys! also 2 toddler sun loungers!

GAMES ROOM Now with 7' POOL, AIR HOCKEY, TABLE TENNIS COMBO, and FOOSBALL table. The table tennis tops can be turned over for chess and back gammon games, pieces supplied
Some FISHING EQUIPMENT is also provided..., fishing is allowed on the lake on a catch and return basis!

The AMERICAN STYLE OPEN GOURMET KITCHEN is extremely well equipped for full cooking, or for snacking, and overlooks the dining area, which together with the lounge, is decorated with a COOL JAZZ THEME. ( GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL is in the lanai for healthy eating) Kitchen has coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, microwave, blender, waste disposal... American style double door fridge /freezer with ice and water dispenser, ceramic top oven, and dishwasher...!
The table seats 6 and there are also 3 swivel bar stools at the dividing kitchen bar...

The lounge now boasts a LARGE 55"FLAT SCREEN SMART 4HDTV, with extra channels including UKPremier Football, DVD player, and lots of books , DVD's and CDs to make your holiday soooo... relaxing! the cable package is Xfinity!

The pool has been refurbished with new tiles , new surface with dolphin mosaics, and new underwater colour changing lights!!!
The villa now has new UPVC double glazed patio slider doors
THE PATIO DOORS ALSO HAVE ALARMS WHICH CAN BE ACTIVATED FOR CHILD SAFETY AS A PLUS...if neccessary....please make sure these are activated if there are children in your party
An electric George Foreman BBQ grill is provided for the terrace ....there is an excellent range of patio furniture and NEW a matching drinks trolley ..handy for when BBQing or dining alfresco!

The shallow end of the pool is entered via steps with a tropical planter alongside, and the pool gradually slopes to 6 depth at the deep end, with rester seat , and fountain water feature. So lots of fun in the water and sun!

This villa is excellent for 2 families with children, or for couples.......can be fun packed! ..... or just very peaceful.....and romantic..................

Sunset Lakes
Sunset Lakes is an ideal location, being so close to Disney, yet hidden away, located around TWO LAKES, and surrounded by CONSERVATION. The gates can be entered with a gate code and both sets of gates have security cameras
So special! We would not have bought a property in any other venue!

There is a FISHING JETTY with pretty gazebo overlooking the largest lake. It is equipped with benches and lights....
An amazing opportunity to observe varying WILDLIFE, throughout the seasons, brings sights of regular visitors such as turkey buzzards,coots and ducks, herons and ibis, the American cormorant, and the elegant sandhill cranes, which come to promenade around in pairs! The occasional sightings of otters, and turtles adds to the wildlife scene.

The lake is well stocked with bass and weed eating carp. Basic fishing equipment is provided in the villa and you can have the luxury of FISHING FROM YOUR OWN BACKYARD.or use the jetty a little further up the lake

There is also a LARGER COMMUNAL POOL with cabana, for the dedicated swimmers, a jogging track along the top, and a TOTLOT childrens playground for the youngest family members...newly added - new safe equipment for the tiniest to have fun!

Sunset Lakes is always extremely well cared for, with its tree lined boulevards, and landscaped gardens ,and very valued by its community members, and even decorated colourfully especially for the Xmas season!

Villa Aurora is managed by an EXCELLENT COMPANY with family members resident on the site, so answers to queries are only a phone call away...
The villa is fully licensed for taxes, inspected and insured.
The owner takes personal interest in a the villa and visits regularly to upgrade, and ensure decor is in perfect order!

Villa Aurora is a non smoking villa for the comfort of all guests.
We would like to make clear that failure to comply with this, would involve a loss of security deposit, as an emergency deep clean would have to be put in place before the arrival of next guests.
Smoking is, however, allowed on the terrace and pool area!

A splash fun fountain for the kids! And more wildlife!
Relax in a rocker by the lake!

If you like nature or have small children, try KISSIMMEE DOWNTOWN, and its lakeside vista, with covered for shade, childrens playground. and ice-cream van, an old train carriage!
Amazing water wildlife...

Or visit the nature reservations , near the KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE, out on Merrit Island find alligators ! in the wetlands........and sea birdlife on the protected endless Atlantic beaches (small charge for beaches).
Or the Kennedy Centre for so much info and an amazing space experience..and the surf beaches of the Atlantic..Cocoa beach1!

Or drive to the GULF COAST for white talcum powder sands ...and shallow turquoise waters..see the pelicans on Clearwater pier...all perfect for young children
