This elegant villa is understated yet beautiful, with charming bedrooms and plenty to keep the whole family entertained and happy. The location of this villa is absolutely perfect, close to all the top attractions that Orlando has to offer.

There is a fabulous home cinema with supremely comfortable black leather recliners and dedicated video gaming chairs for the PS4 and Xbox One. The projector screen shows all the latest blockbusters with superior sound and image quality. Additionally, the games room downstairs boasts air hockey and a basketball shooting game. It is decorated with colourful pictures of Minions.

Outside, the shimmering swimming pool awaits you, with a luxurious bubbling spa area and shallow wading space. There are sunbeds to soak up the tropical rays and lawn that encompasses the decking. Palm trees are dotted around the villa, while a short fence separates the villa from its neighbouring houses.

The living space is decorated in neutral tones with pops of deep blue. Sink into the comfortable soft grey sofa and relax. A pair of modern armchairs and a glass coffee table offsets the sofa. Lots of natural light streams through the large windows, while a beautiful geometric brown and blue rug decorates the floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped - perfect for self-caterers - and has a lovely white marble breakfast bar, complete with eye-catching curved wooden bar stools. There is a coffee machine and a large silver fridge, as well as an oven. Whip up a family feast and enjoy it around the classy white dining table topped with glass, or dine alfresco under the shaded lanai with a poolside view.

The bedrooms are largely sleek and understated, decorated in soft tones with glossy furniture. Two kids' rooms are lovingly themed around Frozen and Star Wars. The rooms have feature walls of cornflower blue and pastel pink, with crisp linen on the king and queen size beds. Floral art and cushions adorn the beds. The ensuite bathrooms are decked out in apricot marble and are complete with luxurious bath products. The Frozen room even has its very own grown-up ensuite with a characterful shower curtain.
