Orlando Villa Londra is a beautiful 4 bedroom two storey property set in a quiet neighbourhood just 10 miles from Mickey and his Friends! Benefiting from a south-facing pool and extended deck and having fantastic conservation views.
"The kids absolutely loved having the swimming pool. When asked what the best part of the holiday was my 4 year old daughter replied "the swimming pool"!!
Our crystal blue pool ranges from 3’ to 5’ deep and is enhanced with underwater lighting. The extended sunbathing area is furnished to a high standard comprising very comfortable sun loungers, padded chairs, side tables and patio table - all in typical Floridian style.
The villa also has a covered lanai area, pool and outside lighting for evening use.

Ground floor MASTER BEDROOM is complimented with EN-SUITE and furnished with a LUXURY QUEEN BED, 19 cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone, double closets, bedside cabinets, full length mirror and comfy bedroom chair. Sliding glass doors lead onto the pool and deck.
QUEEN BEDROOM is furnished with a luxury queen size bed, bedside cabinets, interconnecting closets, full length mirror, ceiling fan, bedroom chair and alarm clock radio. A lovely conservation view from this room.
TWO TWIN BEDROOMS are furnished with comfortable twin beds, double closets, clothes chests, bedside lamps and TV/DVD Combi with films. These twin rooms have been decorated to appeal to all age groups from tots to teens - with a splash of Disney Pixar Cars for our younger guests!
FAMILY BATHROOM has a full size bath tub with shower, wash basin with storage, wc and hairdryer.
The HALF-BATHROOM/CLOAKROOM is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
The LIVING AND DINING AREAS are in one very spacious open plan room, which has a 17’4” cathedral ceiling fitted with a ceiling fan. In addition to luxurious furniture we have 250+ cable HD and digital TV channels to watch on the fantastic 51 inch flat screen PLASMA HDTV, DVD player & films and radio/cassette/CD system for our guests entertainment. .
FAMILY ROOM is furnished with good quality sofas, tables and lamps plus 25 inch TV with cable TV and Nintendo Wii. This room looks onto the side and the front gardens which are laid to lawn with tropical palm trees and plants.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has all modern appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ice-making fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, teapot, George Foreman grill and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings. Breakfast bar with stools and a delightful Breakfast table which overlooks the pool.
LAUNDRY AREA is conveniently sited within the garage, with extra large washer and dryer, iron, ironing board - we even have a clothes line and pegs too!
Especially for our YOUNGER GUESTS we have a toy box complete with assorted games and toys!

Located near Osceola Parkway, which is a nice, empty toll road that runs parallel to Highway 192, you couldn't wish for a more straight forward route to Disney which is just 10 miles.
24/7 Walmart is 5 minutes walk, selling everything you could possibly need.
Highway 192 is also only a short drive and offers lots of shopping, sight seeing, fun and adventure and don't forget Old Town - especially on Saturday night.
Florida Mall is only 20 minutes away where you can shop til you drop.
A very recent addition to the list of shopping malls is The Loop on Osceola Parkway. Where you will find some great stores including JC Penney, Kolh's, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy, in addition to the Regal Cinema, and plenty of places to eat. We can recommend Mimis Cafe Macaroni Grill, Shanes Rib Shack and for a quick bite Wendy's. Oh and dont forget to visit Ben & Jerry's for some yummy ice cream!

Just back (on Friday 28th july 2017) from 2 weeks at the villa. The property is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The rooms are all very large and contain everything you would need. The aircon and fans work in every room and provided a much needed break from the heat outside! We spent lots of time by the pool which is a great shape and size and has plenty of seating and space around it. The villa's location is perfect for its proximity to the airport, theme parks and shopping malls. We also drove to either coast for the beaches (Cocoa on the east, Clearwater on the West) and found both drives pleasant and straightforward. I cant fault the villa and the support I received from Jan prior to our departure. Highly recommended.

Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
