Tradewinds is located within a very quiet waterside Marina development, just off the Medina River and close to wonderful unspoilt riverside walks and countryside. This four-bedroomed yachtsman house at Island Harbour is perfectly located for exploring the Island due to its central location and is within walking distance of two great pubs.
The property has a small courtyard garden to the rear, and there is plenty of outdoor space to explore in the area, around the Marina. The house is split over 3 floors, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each of the 1st & 2nd floors.

The surrounding area is a popular spot for walkers, due to the many different types of wildlife and birds in the area. Just up the road at Whippingham, you’ll find one the Islands most popular historical attractions, Osbourne House, former home to Queen Victoria and now open to the Public all year round.
A short stroll along the harbour front will bring you the closest Pub & Restaurant, The Breeze, which has extensive outside seating and a large children’s play area and is very popular in the Summer. Slightly further away and a 20 minute walk up the River is The Folly Inn, which is usually teaming with visiting sailors from the nearby yacht moorings.
