A private self contained studio with a separate bedroom, separate kitchen, separate toilet and bath, nothing to share with the rest of the house. The unit has its own entrance and a private garden.

The studio comprises one large bedroom, 1 full toilet and bathroom and 1 toilet en suite to the bedroom. There is a small kitchen with a high dinning table and chairs. The extension unit was designed purposely to accommodate short term holiday makers. The studio is situated at the back of the building within a new extension. The transport link to the city is very good, West Dulwich station which is a walking distance to the property is 10 minutes journey to Victoria Station which feeds very well to the rest of the city. There are two convenience shops about 2 minutes walk from the house to buy groceries. Smoking is not allowed within the house but outside in the garden. The studio is neat and clean and can provide home away from home experience to guests. No pets allowed. Bed Linen and towels would be changed on the 7 nights. It is really private because the studio is designed in such a way that there is no interaction with the rest of the house.
Along Bus 3 route which travels from Crystal Palace to Regent Street, passing through Brixton-Parliament Square-Trafalgar square-Oxford Circus right to the heart of Central London (The West End/The City)
