A modern 2 bedroom first floor apartment located at Beach View on the Suffolk Coast. This fabulous apartment sleeps up to 4 people and features a roof terrace with fantastic sea views.
Located just 100m from the beach, this newly renovated holiday apartment is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Suffolk Coast. The main living are is open plan featuring solid oak flooring, large L-shaped sofa oak dining table and 4 chairs and modern fitted kitchen. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday with electric oven, gas hob and under counter fridge and separate freezer, there is also a microwave oven, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The master bedroom is a good sized room featuring a pocket sprung, queen sized double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, there are also French doors with open out to the south west and enjoy sunlight for most of the day.
The twin bedroom is also a nice size with comfy twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The family shower room offers a large walk-in shower cubicle with giant overhead shower, pedestal basin and w.c.
The Minsmere apartment is available for weekly rentals through out the year and short breaks or 3 or 4 nights at off peak times. Located at Beach View, Sizewell Common , this apartment is on the main coastal footpath which links Thorpeness to Minsmere and Dunwich. The RSPB wildlife reserve at Minsmere is a 3 mile coastal walk heading north from the apartment.

The Best Views are from the outside roof terrace which over looks the sea and beach here you will find outside furniture to site and enjoy the views during the day or on a sunny summers evening. Located at Beach View this apartment has the benefit of on-site facilities including a Bar and Clubhouse (open in the Summer months), there is also a games room with table tennis and pool. There is also on on-site laundry room located close to the apartments with commercial washers and dryers.
