The Petit Delaney Apartment is a wonderful little gem right in the heart of Brighton.
It is comprised of a large double-glazed lounge with dining table, one large bedroom and one bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen.
Wifi internet is free and cable TV is provided by Virgin.
The Petit Delaney Apartment is on the ground floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine, and is an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of city life outside.
Conveniently located on the Old Steine, this wonderful place is walking distance from everything you need during your stay. The Petit Delaney Apartment is just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from Brightons mainline station.
You will undoubtedly fall in love with the Petit Delaney, the local area and everything it has to offer!
The apartments layout is very flexible, ideal for 2-4 guests. Two guests are easily accommodated in the bedroom; there's also one double sofa for guests 3 and 4. Max 4 adults accepted at this property.

Very nice and confortable, it is in a perfect position to reach every part of brighton
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Literally one minute walk to Brighton Pier. Will definitely book for next year!
We loved staying in this apartment.
The position was fantastic to walk to all the attractions in Brighton.
The apartment was well maintained and had all the facilities we needed. Nathan was amazingly helpful and attentive .
If there was a down side it was that the parking was tricky .
We loved our time in Brighton and would love to stay there again. Maybe next time without a car. Public transport seems to be very good.

First trip to Brighton with family and we had a fantastic time at the petit Delaney , Nathan was brilliant and the apartment outstanding just as advertised.
Perfectly located to the seafront and the lanes and we loved Brighton already booked to visit again in December 😊
very last minute booking - dealt with well be the agent. Good welcome and info. great position 50 yards from pier/beach, short walk to the Lanes/plenty of restaurants, the pavilion etc. Kitchen generally well equipped, kettle toaster microwave, fridge freezer, double oven, and plenty of pots pan etc, as well as spices and bits and bobs left from others which could be useful. my only moan would be that the fridge, microwave and oven were not as clean as I would have liked, though I accept this may have been because they only took the booking at short notice.
The bedroom was great - two beds together one softer mattress and one hard one, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom was clean, and the shower was nice and powerful, and no problems with hot water. Living room was light and spacious and as the photo's. My daughters slept in here on the sofa beds, which they felt were not so comfortable, but fine for a few nights.
As it's so central you have to expect that there will be noise in the evenings from people leaving pubs/clubs, and the owners can't do anything about the seagulls - which were incredibly loud - we have pigeons at home which I thought were irritating, but they can't hold a candle to those pesky seagulls!!
