This inviting flat has been cleverly designed, with a meticulous architectural eye, to offer a light-filled and airy lower-ground floor home. Kensington Gardens Apartment strikes the balance between being comfortably cosy, and achingly cool with its zesty, fresh interiors.

With polished parquet flooring throughout, and classical Victorian architecture providing high ceilings and well proportioned rooms, this home offers a contemporary, Scandinavian twist on a traditional structure.
Incredibly bright throughout, the kitchen has been exquisitely designed with a glass roof and floor-to-ceiling glass back wall, with French windows giving directly onto the private garden. Guests will imbibe a sense of the changing seasons, whilst enjoying this strikingly modern eat-in kitchen; the sleek dining space offers a wooden table with white Eames chairs. Finished in industrial greys, slate flooring and glossy handleless cupboards, appliances are top-notch, whilst guests will enjoy the requisite touches such as coffee machine and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms, and the apartment can accommodate four to five guests (there is a sofa bed in the living room). Guests are guaranteed a restorative night! The twin bedroom is equally tranquil, offering a chic and masterfully understated bedroom for two, with abundant light and garden views. These rooms are calm and inviting for weary visitors after the bustle of the city's streets!

With two bathrooms and a WC, there will be no bathroom queues! Both bathrooms are of hotel grade, finished respectively with cool marble and timeless matte tiling, all the hallmarks of quality are present. This home has ample storage throughout and wonderful ambient low-lighting options.

Notting Hill is one of London's trendiest areas; it is a vibrant and upmarket part of West London, with large Victorian villas, pastel coloured homes around the picturesque mews streets and cutting-edge boutiques. This is eclectic, vivacious London at its best!

Notting Hill is extremely well connected to the rest of London via the Central, Circle and District lines, is close to some of London's most elegant parks, including Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. A stroll in Kensington Palace Gardens followed by afternoon tea at The Orangerie is a wonderfully civilised way to spend an afternoon.

The Serpentine Gallery showcases a range of contemporary art and offers a bite-size gallery experience, whilst the major museums are a short distance away, including the V&A.

Just moments from the busy throng of Portobello Road, visitors will find squares full of old school charm and Victorian pubs.
