Close to many amenities, the apartment and garden are an oasis of calm. Decorated in the 'shabby chic' style, each room is designed to help you feel as relaxed as possible on arrival and throughout your stay. With all mod cons in every room, the bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes. There are French doors in the back bedroom which lead out into a private garden. There is a large parking space at the side of the apartment which can facilitate at least three cars.

Upper Malone Park is a very quiet residential development. Residents are mainly young professionals or have recently retired. It is located just off the prestigious area of Upper Malone Road. There are three buses which run regularly past the entrance of the development straight into Belfast City centre.

The beautiful Lady Dixon Park and the Lagan towpath are a 15 minute walk away. Both are used by wlakers and cyclists. The historic village of Hillsborough is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The bustling Lisburn Road is nearby where you will spoilt for choice by the variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The shopping centres of Forestside and Sprucefield are just a short drive away.
