Oaks is a traditional Victorian property, located just a few yards from the quiet beaches, along the seafront at Seaview on the north-east coast of the Isle of Wight. This well equipped and comfortable cottage has room for up to 5 guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan living / dining with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with WC & wash basin. On the 1st floor you’ll find two bedrooms and a family shower room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a bottom double and single top.
This cottage is popular all year round and has full gas central heating, TV with DVD player and also WiFi.

There is parking for one car on the driveway, with additional parking available for free a short walk away on Springvale Road.

The nearby village of Seaview is a popular destination for self-catering holidays, due to it’s collection of quiet sandy beaches stretching from Ryde all the way to Priory Bay. The closest beach to the property, Springvale, is a mix of stone and sand, with a large area of flat sand a low tide which is a great spot to walk a dog.

The cottage is pet friendly, so you won’t have to leave your four-legged friend at home and there is an enclosed garden at the rear of the cottage. At the end of the garden is a summer house / games room to keep the children entertained when not out exploring the Island.

This house is in the countryside and in a quiet area near the beach. It has a garden and a sea view. Car hire is recommended as the house is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
