Apartment overview - owner's description

Our stunning main door Georgian pad overlooks Leith Links (the home of golf). The apartment has two bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom with underfloor heating and a stunning large walk in shower cubicle with pull-down seat if required.

This original merchants house has retained many of the original features with ornate cornicing, stained glass windows and doors and impressive fire places in all the rooms.. It is bright and spacious with high ceilings and windows overlooking the park. The apartment is equipped with everything that you might need for a "home from home" experience.

The area is quiet and historically interesting, with The Port of Leith just around the corner. It's also a mere 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to The Terrance Conran designed mall, "Ocean Terminal" home to The Royal Yacht and visitor centre "Britannia". There is also a multi-screen complex, Marks and Spencers food hall and many of the main stores that you would expect to find on the high street.

The city centre and Princes Street is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away from just around the corner, and there's free parking outside. The beautiful Shore area is a 5 minute walk away with great restaurants and bars. There's a supermarket at the end of the street, right next to the closest gastro pub, "The Lioness".
