We enjoyed the apartment. There was no breakage or damage done to the apartment and trust we left it as we found it.n Rita Tharp did leave a pair of earrings in the apartment and hope they can be found and returned to her. Thank you. Coming from the Midwest, it was a shock to find out we were in a dominate muslin neighborhood. We are not accustomed to that and that did worry us somewhat but all went well. I would be glad to stay in this apartment in the future. Mary A. Short

I spent 4 days in Truman House with my family. I recommend this property: the information about the booking process and the location of the property is complete and easy to understand, even to a foreigner visitor good location clean and confortable the photos correspond to the real property so, Ill be back!

Lovely and nice apartment close to public transport, good restaurants and shopping. weve had some wonderful days in London with our friends and the apartment was a good base.

The property is in a good location, and near shops and restaurants. There is also a subway station really near the house. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is well equiped but there are too many little notes with rules everywhere. After paying more than 1000 GBP we think it is ridiculous to charge 10 GBP extra for internet conection, all other houses we have visited before (Inverness, Stirling...) this one had it for free (included in the price) and they were cheaper.

Stayed here for a long weekend (mix of business & pleasure)and was delighted with the apartment. Only two of us but plenty of room for two couples or a family. The apartment was easy to get to from the Tube Station (Aldgate East) less than 5 minutes walk. Well equipped kitchen and both bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting London!

While I would not call the apartment a "luxury apartment" it was a very adequate apartment. You would be battling to have 6 people though - we were 3 female adults. Water was hot, kitchen was very well appointed (although we did not use it per se) and the sofa/lounge comfortable. A couple of simple things would however improve the apartment - the lighting is quite dim, especially in the bathrooms - this makes it very difficult for make-up etc. We all independently commented on this. Bedding was adequate however while we were in town it was actually quite hot and with only a doona on the bed it was not easy to sleep - too hot - a sheet on top would have made it much better. It would also be helpful to have some more general information available, e.g. bus timetables, numbers for taxis/minicabs etc. The area was OK - we walked to Spitalfields Market on the Sunday and that was excellent.

We had a two day business meeting in the City and decided to the book an apartment rather than individual hotel rooms. The apartment was ideal for our needs. It was very clean, spacious and had all the equipment we required. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will use again.

The apartment was secure, clean and contained all what we needed. It was comfortable for our family of five. Ideal for us as there are a lot of asian restaurants in the area and easy access to halal food. Thank you Graham, for making our stay memorable in UK.

It was clean, well-equiped and centrally located. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The only complaint would have been that the mattresses in the second bedroom were really pretty rough. The master bedroom was great though. Overall, fabulous!

New mattress toppers have been added to both single beds in the second bedroom which makes them very comfortable. If guests decide to have a super king size bed in the second bedroom a large 10 inch thick mattress topper is placed over both single beds making a very comfortable super king size bed.

Graham is an excellent Landlord!! :-) the apart was clean & fresh with excellent quality beddings & furnishings.There was even tea & coffee in the kitchen! perfect location for Brick lane & the car park facility made working in London a dream. Graham came around and immediatley sorted out an electric issue after a bulb had blown. We will use again next year if we do anything in that area. great pad! cheers

we found the apartment to be exactly as described - it was perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic, a few mins walk to the tube & felt safe at night. The apartment was comfortable, very clean & relatively quiet. The rooftop garden is a lovely bonus at night! Graham was very pleasant to deal with & always available to answer our queries. Secure parking for us was a must & is a real bonus in such a well located place. Would definately use again.

This property was a little bit further out of London than we thought. Overall the property was good. The timing on the central heating needed to be turned off or have instructions so we could turn it off as London was experiencing a heat wave at the time we were there. The Vacuum cleaner needed to be cleaned to enable it to suck. The apartment should be serviced with clean towels and sheets after a week especially in a heat wave.

The property is two minutes walk from a zone one tube station. The underfloor heating is controlled by a thermostat in each room. Both bedrooms were turned off when this guest stayed and the living room heating will never have come on in these warm conditions. Im afraid this guest suffered the warm conditions like everyone else in London and it was nothing to do with the heating system! The apartments vacuum cleaner has been replaced. Please note this is a self catering apartment and there is no weekly cleaning or linen replacement, unless previously agreed/arranged. If any guest is in urgent need of more towels/linen I am happy to discuss this during your stay.

Hi, We stayed in the above appartment, and the only way i can describe it is word that my 14yr old nephew who travelled with his mum and sister to do the "London sights" said about it and that was "CLASS"!! Clean, Convenient, Safe, Comfortable, by far better than a hotel, which is what i was first looking into, and i am so glad i stumbled across the website, the owner Graham is very helpful and accomodiating, the basic tea, coffee sugar was a nice touch. I would recommend this appartment to anyone travelling to London. Graham - Thanks again, we had a wonderful stay.

Property is new, provided everything that was advertised. Was delivered completely clean Owner was helpful and at hand the day of arrival. Our flight was delayed but still was not a problem to meet him. We were satisfed with the property. Do not expect to be in the heart of the city, but tube station and train station are two minutes walking away. Only issue came when owner claimed we broke toilet hing from the main bathroom at a cost of 150GBP. It was obviouly broken previously but hidden, maybe even from the owner, as it fell the very first day just after seating...anyway, didnt discuss this, as we contracted the breakage waiver, so, something owner will have to discuss with rental systems. So, bottom line, for 25GBP, contract the breakage waiver instead of giving any deposit, it will save you time and money.

The apartment is thoroughly checked for damages at check out and during the cleaning process. The toilet will have been cleaned and any damaged seat would have certainly been reported before this guest arrived. Damage claims are very rarely made so please dont be concerned by using either of the damage deposit options. There are two options for your convenience and flexibility.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while on business. Property is superb & offered great style and comfort. Everything you need is here. It is secure & the parking & wifi were a great bonus. Much better than any hotel & with good tube line. Places like this in London & with such an accommodating owner are very very hard to find. The block is very quiet internally. However, we live in the countryside and we certainly dont miss the sounds of the city!

clean, comfortable, affordable, everything to make self catering stay work. 6 adults shared the space for 2 day stay erecting free range photography degree show in brick lane. Perfect location. Views from roof terrace excellent. Thank you.
The apartment was spacious and very conveniently located, especially if you want a somewhat different London experience. It is in a very interesting neighborhood, with access to sights you would not otherwise see, yet is an easy walk to the Tower and City attractions. Very convenient to the Aldgate East tube stop...District Line with direct access to the West End. Beds are really comfortable, and the kitchen is really well equipped.The only improvement I would make is more lighting in the bathrooms and main living area. All in all a great place.

This was a great property located well. Lots of delightful Indian and Pakistani food near by and near enough the trains to get everywhere in town we needed. The bedrooms slept 4 comfortably (probably more) and we had plenty of space to entertain a few friends during our stay. We would rent this space again. There was an issue with losing water for 2 days due to some neighboring construction but that was no fault of the property managers. It was difficult to coordinate resolution however being from over seas.
Excellent appartment in every way from the location (2 minutes from Zone 1 tube and buses) to convenience (minimarket 2 minutes away, huge Sainsburys and street market 10 minutes away) to accessibilty to sites (10 minutes to Tower bridge or Spitalfields market) to comfort (two very nice bedrooms, two bathrooms large living room and a fully functional kitchen with anything you might need on a holiday ...). Wouldve stayed longer if we could and certainly plan to come back ... Best of all, quiet (no drunken pub & party people under your window at 3 AM ).
Les images sur le site correspondent complètement à la réalité. Lappartement est moderne et très propre. On est très proche du centre de Londres et à moins de 5 min. dun arrêt du métro. Il y a tout ce quil faut à la cuisine, mais pour faire des spaghettis pour 4 personnes, les casseroles sont un peu petites. Le contact par mail avec Graham était toujours très cordiale et rapide, merci beaucoup. Tout sest passé comme espéré, cétait génial. A conseiller sans hésitation.

And for those of you with French as bad as mine...The pictures on the site correspond completely to reality. The apartment is modern and very clean. It is very close to central London and within 5 minutes to a tube stop. Theres everything you need in the kitchen, but to make spaghetti for 4 people, pots are a little small. Contact by mail with Graham was always very friendly and fast, thank you. Everything went as expected, it was great. Book without hesitation.

Clean comfortable apartment, well appointed. Underground station, Tesco and Brick Lane just a short walk. Secure parking was useful. Graham Dunn gave very clear instructions regarding finding it, key pick up and underground garage location and was available for any problems.
Great location with good tube links to visit major sights. Comfortable apartment that suited us and four kids easily and Tesco very handy for catering to everyones needs. Much better value and more freedom and flexibility than a couple of hotel rooms for a family of six.

The property was excellent and everything was very well prepared, the landlord was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
We were a little nervoua about what the flat would really be like: if it would be easy to locate if we would be able to find the key easily, if it would be clean and have amply room for all 5 of us..... And we were very pleased to everything was fine and easy. Its a new apartment, very near the Underground stop, well equiped, spacious. It was just fine for our stay. The only drawback was that the beds were not very comfortable. With new mattresses this place would be just perfect, and even as it is I would definitely recommend it to other families.

Lovely flat in a good location, quiet but close to central London. We used it for a stag do, and it was a great place to reconvene and relax. Oh, and Sky Plus, too!
This property is perfect for anyone who looks for a nice acomodation, near the london centre. The flat provides all sort of little details that makes the difference. The house is new with internet, big tv and a big kitchen with all you need for a living. It´s near the tube station of Algate East and White Chapel and very close of Sainsbury and Tesco.
