This large and comfortable home offers a contemporary setting in a historic Mews building with enough space for 6 guests in a truly convenient location surrounded by great restaurants, shops and bars. With its well designed and comfortable living area you’ll have an ideal space for socialising or relaxing after a long day of exploring London.

This bright and cool home was recently beautifully refurbished with modern furniture and design. The entrance level is located on the ground floor but the house features rooms on the first and second floors. The first floor comes with an open plan kitchen and dining area, ideal for socialising together. The kitchen offers you all that you need, is bright and ready for you to use it. The inviting living spaces have carpet throughout and offer a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The living room has a very large and cosy sofa bed and plenty of space for you and all your guest. It’s the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring London with a book or by watching some films on the big flat screen TV. The dining area is combined in the living space and makes this a truly special room. All three bedrooms are located on the second and last floor and features comfortable mattresses sleeping 2 guests each. All bedrooms come with double beds. The house comes with 2 bathrooms with one en suite for guests added privacy. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Right in the heart of London only moments away from Paddington Station, Edgware Road Station and close to two beautiful London parks, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Hyde Park and Regent's park are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars nearby. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.

Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
