Summary
Harrogate centre apartment in a Superb position for the Harrogate International Conference Centre. This luxurious and high specification duplex apartment has 3 super-king spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 (8 using sofa bed in lounge) and suits both business and leisure guests being so close to the Spa town's attractions and the business quarter. All the super king beds can be split into twins giving more flexibility.

We are happy to welcome either business or leisure guests. We are flexible on 'changeover days' and lengths of stay, realising that Harrogate makes an ideal venue for a long weekend break, or with the accessibility of the conference centre a popular business venue midweek. We are also happy to take longer term bookings and can offer special rates for these if you contact us. Ideal for relocations and in between house moves.

All stays will be provided with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and we also provide supplies of washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, kitchen roll and toiletries in the bathrooms.

Accommodation
With the town centre with all its shops and restaurants on your doorstep you can enjoy all Harrogate has to offer whilst staying here. This contemporary apartment has been tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard with everything you would need for self-catering. Strawberry Apartment 2 which is right next door offers accommodation for 6 so 14 guests could be comfortably accommodated next door to each other if both apartments are booked together

A communal hallway leads to the ground floor entrance to the apartment. Inside there is a hallway leading to a lounge with window seat dining area for 6 and entertainment centre consisting of large screen TV with Virgin Media/dvd and Xbox with a selection of games, books and DVDs provided for guest use. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge providing accommodation for 2 additional guests (£25 per extra guest per night) Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine and toaster along with all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and pans. Separate cloakroom toilet with wash handbasin on this level. Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor) with superking sized bed or can be split on request into 2x3ft singles, TV /DVD player and hair dryer. En Suite shower bath, toilet and basin.

Downstairs to Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a superking bed which can be split into 2 x 3ft singles, TV /DVD player and hair dryer, ensuite bathroom with shower bath, toilet and basin.

Bedroom 3 also has a superking bed which can be split into 2x 3ft singles, TV /DVD player and hair dryer, ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.

All bedrooms have hanging and drawer space along with an ample supply of hangers. We provide toiletries and fluffy white towels for all bathrooms. Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Car parking to rear on first come first served basis - some on street parking permits can also be provided on request. Families welcome, a travel cot can be provided - please bring your own cot bedding. No smoking. Short breaks accepted all year. Welcome tray of toiletries and beverages.One well behaved dog with £25 charge to cover additional cleaning (sorry no cats).

The stylish spa town of Harrogate is situated in North Yorkshire, the UK's largest county, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and offers something for everyone, from boutique shops to country walks and historic buildings. The surrounding area has much to offer for all ages, from walks around Bolton Abbey, a visit to Ripley castle with its famous ice cream shop nearby, a visit to Brimham Rocks or Knaresborough, the stately home of Harewood House and the nearby city of Leeds. There is also a theme park for big and little children at Lightwater Valley. Far too much to fit into one visit.
