Great location, super convenient tube line and grocery store down the street. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very nice flat. Definitely a "recommend".

Had the opportunity to have the use of this facility for 6 nights in May 2015. The group consisted of myself and my wife, our soin and his fiance and our daughter. Lots of room for everyone to sleep, for bathroom use and eating.
The location near the Tube was amazing. With our trusty Oyster Cards, we were able to go everywhere we wanted in short order.
It was great to have some nesessities waiting for us - milk, water, sugar etc. Short walk to Tesco to get the other thinigs.
Some minor things we encountered, but not detrimental to the experience.
1. The drain pipe under the kitchen sink came loose and water spilled out and eventually on the floor. We fixed it temporarily and mentioned to Carlos/Maria on check out.
2. The hot water in the ensuite shower was not very hot (contrasted to all of the other places). Perhaps it is an issue with the hardware.
3. Finally, as North Americans, we had to adjust to the laundry equipment. The dryer takes a very long time to complete the job. It was quicker to use the balcony hangers.
It was a great place to stay and would use it again if the situation arose.

We are from Rome, a family of five with teenagers and youth. New apartment in a modern and nice area. Immediately near Canada Water underground station, 10 min from Westminster Jubilee line usually not crowded. Supermarket across the street open 7 am to 11 pm, and bigger commercial center 10 minutes walk. The apartement is well managed and supplied, so we didnt have to buy all household basic goods that would have cost us some money, like toilet paper, sugar, napkins, soap (for hands, dishwasher and washing machine), and all this kind of stuff, it was there for us. It has shown to be a very good solution for visiting London. It was fast to get to the center and very quiet once back at home. For those arriving in Stansted we suggest to take the Terravision or National Express buses to Stratford (45-50 min.), where you can take the Jubilee line directly, and there is less risk of heavy traffic between the city and the airport (compared to buses to Victoria station or other central locations).

We just returned after a four day visit to London. This was our first time in this great city. The flat was super. It was spotlessly clean. It met all and our needs and more. We were warmly welcomed by Maria and guided to our flat and shown around. The location is very convenient to anything that you would want to do while visiting London. We would certainly stay there again.
