Couple from Maassluis, Netherlands Jul 2016

We had a very great time, especially our host, Jo, was lovely. The area was very good; in the center and close to everything. There were a few things about the house that were a bit less (like the tap in the bathroom that was dripping a little bit of water, and the fact that we couldn't lock the bathroom door) but overall it was great, and we had amazing stay!! We would definatly love to come back and recommend it to others!

Family from Rome, Italy Jun 2016

Very nice and confortable, it is in a perfect position to reach every part of brighton

Family from Hornchurch, United Kingdom Oct 2015

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Literally one minute walk to Brighton Pier. Will definitely book for next year!

Couple from Frenchs Forest, Australia Sep 2015

We loved staying in this apartment.
The position was fantastic to walk to all the attractions in Brighton.
The apartment was well maintained and had all the facilities we needed. Nathan was amazingly helpful and attentive .
If there was a down side it was that the parking was tricky .
We loved our time in Brighton and would love to stay there again. Maybe next time without a car. Public transport seems to be very good.
Thank you Jo and Nathan for a great apartment.

First trip to Brighton with family and we had a fantastic time at the petit Delaney , Nathan was brilliant and the apartment outstanding just as advertised.
Perfectly located to the seafront and the lanes and we loved Brighton already booked to visit again in December 😊

From York, United Kingdom Aug 2015

very last minute booking - dealt with well be the agent. Good welcome and info. great position 50 yards from pier/beach, short walk to the Lanes/plenty of restaurants, the pavilion etc. Kitchen generally well equipped, kettle toaster microwave, fridge freezer, double oven, and plenty of pots pan etc, as well as spices and bits and bobs left from others which could be useful. my only moan would be that the fridge, microwave and oven were not as clean as I would have liked, though I accept this may have been because they only took the booking at short notice.
The bedroom was great - two beds together one softer mattress and one hard one, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom was clean, and the shower was nice and powerful, and no problems with hot water. Living room was light and spacious and as the photo's. My daughters slept in here on the sofa beds, which they felt were not so comfortable, but fine for a few nights.
As it's so central you have to expect that there will be noise in the evenings from people leaving pubs/clubs, and the owners can't do anything about the seagulls - which were incredibly loud - we have pigeons at home which I thought were irritating, but they can't hold a candle to those pesky seagulls!!
Thanks for accommodating us at such short notice, we had a great weekend

The Petit Delaney is a tranquil oasis in the heart of Brighton, offering calm whilst the city bustles outside its doorstep. Quiet stretches of pebble beach are only a few minutes walk away. My wife and I enjoyed being able to rock our baby to sleep every day on the seashore! The flat is spacious and has plenty of natural lighting. Its kitted out with everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen and overall is very smartly presented. You can easily cook for a large group in the kitchen as it has two ovens, an excellent hob and large fridge. Staying with a baby is easy as the main bedroom is well insulated from the sounds of Brightons nightlife and the bathroom is spacious. Overall the flat is outstanding value for money compared even with the nicest hotels.
