Apartment overview - owner's description

The Delaney Penthouse is a stunning little gem right in the heart of Brighton. Ideal for small families or as a romantic getaway.

If you're coming to Brighton, this is the perfect place to stay. You cannot get a better location, right near the Palace Pier, the sea, North Laine and the famous Lanes.

The apartment is compact but well designed so all the rooms are generously proportioned.

There is a newly fitted luxury bathroom with bath and shower over.

The bedroom has low ceilings and beams giving it a country cottage feel. It's very characterful.

The lounge has great views out towards Steine Gardens and towards the sea.

Please note, max three adults - the flat is best suited to families and couples. Perfect romantic getaway!

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the flat or communal areas.

Elderly or disabled customers are advised that there are five stairs up to the front door, then four 10-step flights of stairs up to the fourth (top) floor.

We manage everything in-house, so if you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to ask. We can organise hypo-allergenic bedding or waterproof mattress protectors, but please give us one week's notice as we can't accommodate changes once the apartment has been made up.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ROWDY GROUPS. The apartments mainly attract families so if you intend to party, you are not welcome here I'm afraid.

Family with 1 or 2 kids could be ok.
Solo and for a couple is really lovely!!
