24 hour parking available right outside the property. There is no need to move your vehicle once parked. Parking is payable 0900 - 1800 at pay machines outside property. Over payment is possible to cover some of the next day. Please check signs as some areas are permit parking only.

Apart from a bedroom window blind not working properly and a curtain rail hanging loose we found the property very nice, fully equipped with everything we needed and value for money. We were even aloud to store our bikes in the passage. We would certainly use this property again.

Great apartment, superb location. 2 minutes walk from major bus routes but you can also park your car out front for all day (just be aware of the permit only bit versus the pay at machine bit!). Couple of minor points about the flat: the TV reception was very poor, fuzzy and not able to click into many of the channels and theres no access to wifi but other than that, absolutely superb. So good in fact, I have already booked it again for another sisters wedding in Brighton next summer!

Thank you so much. It was a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment in a nice peaceful quiet building. Very friendly neighbours. The lady who gave me the keys was very helpful and i had a really nice time. Close to all shops and restaurants and hove sea front but just far enough ( a couple mins drive) away from the hustle and bustle of brighton sea front, allthough it was a very pleasant walk there and back. Would definitely come back. Thanks again
Very large apartment in a characterful building in a peaceful and attractive location. It is the only rented apartment in a large, detached, residential home with very friendly residents. There are plenty of towels and spare duvets and pillows. Most equipment is there - cork screw, coffee maker, etc. But there are no condiments - no salt or vinegar, so bring your own. The heating is very good, and theres plenty of instant hot water, but we did have a problem with hot water for the bath as it ran hot and cold, so we had to fill up with saucepans from the tap in the kitchen. The shower was also a bit fiddly, but once understood, the shower was strong and hot! To get the key we had to meet the cleaner outside the building. Despite calling in advance to arrange a time, the cleaner was very late, and after waiting fifteen minutes outside in the cold and rain with my three year old I had to ring her. She said she was held up in traffic. Fine - these things happen. She then took another fifteen minutes to arrive, and this time told me she was tired and confused because she worked nights. She was a very nice woman, and is probably doing too many things in order to make a living, but a simple phone call to let me know would have been helpful. I dont mind waiting as long as I know so I can wait in the car.
The property was excellent value for money, as we where late in booking the property had to be prepared but there where no problems and the owners had everything ready for when we arrived. I would recommend this property if you would like to stay in Brighton. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and i would stay here again.
