The property features extraordinary amenities for relaxation, entertainment, dining and play, which acts as your very own private resort to enjoy with up to 16 friends or family.
Spend your days basking in Dubai’s endless sunshine by taking out the kayak, having a barbeque, or enjoying the private heated pool or one mile of floury white sand beach which drops gently into a turquoise sea. After the long days of sun, sand and shopping unwind in the villa’s large living rooms and enjoy the entertainment & Netflix options on the 4 Large HDTV’s spread throughout the estate. The WIFI provides all group sizes unlimited access in all rooms and even covers the pool and beach areas of the estate.
Inspired by our California home using simple yet efficient design, the Estate combines custom made furniture and luxurious appointments with neutral tones that provide a stark contrast to the bright colors of the sea.
The Estate includes 6 en-suite bedrooms spread over three floors, 3 of which include California King size beds, 2 Queens and two single beds each to accommodate the needs of multigenerational families and friends. In additional to the 6 en-suite bedrooms the villa also includes bunk beds adjacent to the top floor Master Bedroom and another bunk bed on the ground floor which allows accommodation of groups up to 16.
Although close to Dubai resorts, beaches and malls you will find it hard to leave this most lavish Beachfront Estate. Right in the heart of it all the private gated community allows you to enjoy the lazy peaceful days waking up to the silence and tranquility of the sea.

This villa is in the city but in a quiet area near the sea. It has a pool, a balcony, a garage, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.Prices and availability
