Hi I would like to provide you with the following feedback as customer and also as responsible person: I would never recommend this place for anyone due to the following reasons:  I emailed the owner and asked her about the distance between the apartment and the airport , my email was not responded to and didn&rsquot answer the question.The apartment was big but that was not the issue water pressure at level 13 was really poor we all were struggling to take a bath, shower or while cooking On the actual web site there was info about nearest supper market in which we couldnt find till half way of our stay by the time we knew it was too late, there were no guidance of advice available. Addition to the distance and isolation from Dubai city it cost us triple by paying huge amount of our holiday budget just for transport by (Taxi) as it&rsquos the only way to travel, NO shuttles or buses we also tried to accommodate our self by ordering some shopping to be delivered to our apartment in which again we had to order 3 times, they keep missing items every single time it was a total nightmare. We booked the apartment from 22nd march till 29th March we couldnt stay more than 3 days we decided to leave the apartment and move out due to all above reasons Its wasn&rsquot a good experience. If it's Dubai then it's 45 mins to 1 hour. BerniceThe issue with water pressure is not because of the floor, there must have been a problem with it. When Mrs Kyle's son called me the morning of their arrival, I directed them to the apartment, they could easily have called to say there was a problem with water pressure and I would have sent someone to fix it. Also the same for the supermarket.... or they could have asked security for directions, the supermarket was just a few minutes from their apartment. My advert clearly states we are in Ras Al Khaimah, and the map shows that it is not in Dubai, and I am afraid I cannot control public transport. With the different nationalities here, things do get lost in translation and I am sorry they had a problem with this, as we all do here from time to time. I think Mrs Kyle is being a little unfair as I cannot help anyone unless they let me know there is a problem.

We just spent a week in Ras Al Khaimah had a wonderful time, facilities are really good although the gym was not fully functional but the beach and swimming pools were just amazing!! I would also like to thank Bernice who acted like a host and show us around the Al Hamra Village. I definitely recommend to visit the Al Hamra village in Ras Al Khaimaih, it is an ideal place for all ages and families there is plenty to do. We will definitely go back to explore more!!
