Our villa is set on the hillside of Yalikavak with one of the most magnificient sea views to be found on the entire Bodrum Peninsula. The superb swimming pool (12x6 meters, depth 1.3-2 meters) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with comfortable sun beds.Seasonal organic fruits and vegetables will be served upon your request from our garden. Our guests will get the benefit of village life while enjoying sea and sun.
Terrace is ideal for eating with a large dining table and comfortable seating area that will undoubtedly be a favorite spot for evening drinks. Or would you like to have your early drinks at the pool during sunset and enjoy yourself with the panoramic view?
Yalikavak is used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. This costile region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats.Yalikavak is known for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline.
Yalikavak is famous for the numerous windmills found in the vicinity. The winds that until recently turned the vanes of these working windmills, now fill the sails of boats and windsurfs.
There are many shops in the traffic free center, and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable markets on the Bodrum Peninsula.
The cosmopolitan town of Bodrum is twenty minutes away with many kinds of entertainment and cultural activity available. Bodrum keeps the noise and flashing lights as you escape back to your Yalikavak hideway.
Yalikavak Marina: Palmarina
With Palmarina, the glory of life in Yalikavak will be with you every moment
You are now on one of the rare points of our Peninsula where you can see Gökova and Mandalya bays at the same time. On your left, there are Çelebi and Kos Islands, and in front of you, you can see Yalikavak that says "Hello" to you with its unspoiled nature and breezes that refresh you during the hottest days of Bodrum. It is beyond a mooring area for boats with its tranquility, beauty, entertainment, shopping malls, bakeries, restaurants, and mooring areas.
Quite simply the best Villa I have ever rented. The villa is well equipped and built to a good standard and the view over the valley to Yalikavak and the sea beyond was just amazing. The couple who look after the house, who actually live within the gardens were discreet enough not to disturb our party but were always on call in case we needed something. The actual home owner who I spoke to on a number of occasions, was very helpful when needed. I cannot recommend this villa enough. 10/10

We stayed in this villa last October, as the driver entered the drive way we were amazed at how beautiful this villa is. It is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. I would advise renting a car as the walk back to the villa from nearest bars/restaurants is about 20mins and all uphill. The views from the garden/pool are amazing and if you need any help/advise the caretakers live next door, they even gave us a lift into town a couple of times. Very peaceful location and good for a get away from it all, although Yallivak centre is nearby and has a good choice of restaurants and bars but very low key.

The property was really excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. The views from any room are spectacular and it was such a pleasure just to sit outside to eat overlooking the bay just watching the ships coming and going. The gardener and his family are really nice and the only time we seen them was to tidy the villa or to bring us some home cooked treats. Everything you could possibly need is catered for at the villa and the location is close enough to be able to walk into the centre of yalikavak as long as you dont mind walking up/down the hills that are inescapable really. Over all I cant fault the villa the location or the service. I would definitely stay here again as we had such a pleasant time.

Beautiful spacious villa in wonderful setting overlooking the bay. Well looked after by helpful but unobstrusive couple maintaining the villa nearby. Close enough to walk into the town about 1/2 mile, though car recommended for steep hill back! Quiet and peaceful setting with wonderful views overlooking friendly and attractive small town. Pictures do not do the villa justice, We were very happy to have chosen it.
