As soon as you have collected your luggage you will be looked after by our Uzumlu Villa Management team and whatever the time of day or night, a member of the team will be there to greet you.

The Ultimate Retreat
Villa Aysun is located in a rural area with views of the surrounding hills just outside the small village of Uzumlu. The villa is set in it’s own spacious walled garden with private pool. The ultimate retreat, this villa would suit the more discerning holidaymaker who prefers a quieter home to come back to at the end of the day.
Here you will enjoy the utmost peace and tranquility and a quiet pace of life. Leave all the stresses and strains of every day life behind you as you relax and soak up the sun, recharging your batteries.
The spacious lounge is equipped with TV/DVD. Step through the french doors onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
The dining area which comfortably seats 6 people overlooks the fields and woods. If you can't be bothered to cook, there are several excellent restaurants to choose from, the closest being about 500 metres from the villa.
If you enjoy cooking, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils to prepare a gourmet meal. You only have to supply the ingredients which you can buy from the local village. (Friday is market day).
The three air conditioned bedrooms all have balconies overlooking the surrounding countryside and plenty of wardrobe / drawer space and bedside lamps. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower on the 1st floor and a shower room on the ground floor, ideal for larger groups.
The private landscaped garden with pool is perfect for al fresco living, whether it be sitting on the terrace eating breakfast, relaxing over a leisurely lunch with your favourite bottle of wine, lounging on a sunbed at the side of the pool with an ice cold drink and a good book or taking a dip in the pool to cool off.
As the sun goes down - Villa Aysun takes on a magical atmosphere with the illuminated pool and outdoor lights.
Stayed in this villa for the 4th time and definitely be returning next year, if I could live there I would. The staff have changed since my last visit but this time round they were amazing and did as much as they possibly could to ensure that we had an amazing holiday!

It took a while for the driver to find the Villa in the dark but when we got in we found it to be exactly as advertised. Really nice and spacious inside with all the things you need to make it a home from home. We cooked sometimes and ate on the veranda with the setting sun and mountainous scenery as a backdrop. The pool and grounds around the villa are superb, with plenty of space for sun worshippers and people who need some respite from the 40 degree temperatures. We have been to Uzumlu before and this is situated on the lower side of the village a couple of minutes walk behind the petrol garage and gives you loads of privacy. The walk to the village takes a good 15 minutes but there is a cut through which makes it more interesting, seeing the wildlife and saying Merhaba to the locals. It is relatively flat compared to where we stayed before at the top end of the village, so a car is not necessary unless you want to travel further afield and even then the Dolmus is easy to deal with and cheap. There are about 6 nice restaurants around the village and Guli is lovely lady who runs the Cafe. Sky sports is in the Grape garden and they normally have a few games on at the same time and the traditional barbers are good for the Turkish shave and massage. Fetihye market is great and only about 20 minutes on the Dolmus and Olu deniz is just a bit further. You really get the best of everything and have the ability to choose whether you want the tranquility of the village or want to travel to the bustling tourist areas. With 3 generations of our family there, a mixture was perfect. The new addition of Wifi to the villa will make it perfect in order to keep the younger generation busy when us parents and grandparents wanted some rest time. We loved it so much we are going back again this year and would recommend to others.

A lovely, peaceful villa in very beautiful surroundings. Pool was great, Uzumlu very welcoming and delicious restaurants - Lup Lup cafe (the lady is SO kind), Selale restaurant etc. Must visits are Kadianda ruins (just up the road), Fethiye market, Saklikent (but NOT during a thunderstorm!) and a private boat trip is really good value. We would love to go back and very jealous of anyone yet to have their summer holiday there!

Second time with Villa Renters and again not let down. The Villa was lovely, quiet and secluded.
On arrival we were met at the local garage and escorted to the villa after getting there despite the slightly dodgy directions - but that seems to be a Turkish trait! Maybe we were spoilt at out last villa as we were slightly disappointed with the food pack that we paid for in advance, but at least there was tea.
The Village was smaller than expected but what was lost in size was made up for by the friendly locals. There are half a dozen places to eat and small supermarkets to supply your every need. I would highly recommend both the café and you must try the pizza shop!
If its peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday youre looking for then this is it, but do make sure you hire a car.
Thank you Turkey and Villa Renters for a wonderful holiday!
A car isn't absolutely necessary as there is a local bus to take you into Fethiye, but this does of course depend on the kind of holiday you want. A lot of our guests don't bother with a hire car and are happy to stay in Uzumlu with the occasional trip further afield.
Pleased you enjoyed your holiday.

We had fantastic holiday at Aysun Villa. The Uzumlu village is beautiful with very friendly locals. Quite and peaceful place, perfect for family and kids. Villa was lovely with everything you need. Very clean with spacious bedrooms. Youre not overlooked by any neighbours and pool was great for kids. Its around 45 min away from Oludeniz, and 30 min away from Fethiye town centre. there are minibuses everyhour to take you to Fethiye town centre and 5-10 min walk to Uzumlu village for shopping, restaurants etc. Special thanks to Aytan and especially Haldun who looked after us thoroughout our holiday. You feel in safe hands with them, anything we needed they provided to make our holiday very special. I would recommend Aysun villa to everyone and would definetely book it for our future holidays. Thanks again.
Pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope you revisit again. Uzumlu is a magical place to be.

We were collected at the airport and arrived late at the villa, hot, tired, hungry and in need of a coffee, it was all there! NO EXTRA CHARGE. A little welcome food parcel. Fantastic. The villa was amazing, clean tidy and everything you could possibly need, with a clean swimming pool in the back garden. A phone was left for us to use when we went out in case of an emergency, we could hire a taxi at reasonable costs, the driver was excellent.
One of our party had to spend several nights in the hospital and this was made so much easier due to the help and support we received from the resort agency (the couple were very friendly and helpful, not your usual youngsters!). We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return to the same villa or use the same company to hire a villa in a different area. We were extremely impressed.

8 June - 24 JuneDear Jo I really enjoyed my holiday in Villa Aysun and Villa Katife. I had two wonderfully relaxing weeks in Villa Aysun with just birds and crickets for company. A tortoise wandered into the garden one day and the path to the village was blocked by some lazy goats on my last morning. The villa was not too isolated though and I was able to buy everything I needed in the village shops. I swam in the pool two or three times every day and it was kept very clean by your pool man. As requested he came in the early morning while I was asleep to do the cleaning.I was very happy at Villa Aysun. Your agents Nick and Aysun were at the villa on the first evening to welcome me and show me round the villa. They are a charming couple and did their utmost to make sure that my holiday went smoothly. They work so hard and they are on the go all the time helping holiday makers, booking taxis, arranging outings and all done with a smile. I thought they were lovely. When I moved to Villa Katife the holiday changed completely. It was much more energetic, as I was not on my own any more. We visited all the local bars and restaurants, swam in the sea and took taxis into Fethiye to spend money at the market. We took a boat trip to Rhodes and joined hundreds of holiday makers looking round that beautiful island. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a Turkish teacher anywhere, so my turkish had to be put on hold for a couple of weeks. I did revise in the villa in the evening though and learned some useful new vocabulary. Everyone in Uzumlu wanted to practise their English on me and wouldn't let me demonstrate my Turkish. Overall the holiday was a great success and I hope to be able to return in the future. With best wishes Josie
25 June - 9 July 2009Hi Jo,We loved the villa, its gorgeous. Nick & Aysun were great but our favourite had to be the pool guy! Bless him!! The locals were fabulous and treated the kids whenever they saw them! It was an effort to get Harry to climb up the mountain path to the village at times though....Lazy monkey!!! We adopted a few wild tortoise and the kids had a fab time in the pool, Tia learnt to swim properly and after the initial screaming match was fab!! Also, Thank you for the Disney Channel.......a god send for the grumpy children.....All in all we had a lovely time.....Thank you!!!!!KirstyTamworth

The villa was booked for myself, my sister and her friend. Lovely and peaceful location. A visit to the Cadianda Restaurant is an absolute must, fabulous food and incredibly cheap.Would recommed this to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from it all. Management company were excellent and extremely helpful. The only problem we had was that on arrival there was no lavatory paper anywhere!! Overall villa fab!
What a fantastic holiday we had - the villa was perfect (beautifully
furnished and very well equipped). The surroundings are magnificent and the locals very friendly. We enjoyed many meals in the local restaurants, and had the occasional night out in Hisaronu,Fethiye and Calis. For this we
used the management company's own taxi service - cheap and extremely reliable. Other evenings we had BBQs and relaxed on the terrace by the villas own pool, listening
to music just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the surrounding views.
From the moment we booked the holiday up until our return we were well
looked after. The owners and the management team were most helpful and
nothing was too much trouble. Over the years we have stayed in many villas
in many different countries, but this one really was something special and
for the first time ever we will be making a return visit. Many thanks.
