Villa Aysun is located in a rural area with views of the surrounding hills just outside the small village of Uzumlu. The villa is set in it’s own spacious walled garden with private pool.
The spacious lounge is equipped with TV/DVD. Step through the french doors onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
The dining area which comfortably seats 6 people overlooks the fields and woods. If you can't be bothered to cook, there are several excellent restaurants to choose from, the closest being about 500 metres from the villa.
If you enjoy cooking, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils to prepare a gourmet meal. You only have to supply the ingredients which you can buy from the local village. (Friday is market day).
The three air conditioned bedrooms all have balconies overlooking the surrounding countryside and plenty of wardrobe / drawer space and bedside lamps. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower on the 1st floor and a shower room on the ground floor, ideal for larger groups.
The private landscaped garden with pool is perfect for al fresco living, whether it be sitting on the terrace eating breakfast, relaxing over a leisurely lunch with your favourite bottle of wine, lounging on a sunbed at the side of the pool with an ice cold drink and a good book or taking a dip in the pool to cool off.
As the sun goes down - Villa Aysun takes on a magical atmosphere with the illuminated pool and outdoor lights.

First time in Turkey for our family and everything was as advertised. We were collected from the airport by the driver and taken straight to the nice big, clean, modern villa...about an hours drive. We were met there by Metin, the local representative, who was friendly, but didn't show us around or how anything worked, which was no big deal as everything was straight forward anyway .He's on call pretty much all the time and always answers the phone or calls straight back to help with any questions you may have. A/c is great in the bedrooms, small but good selection of English language tv channels (push the tv button on the remote and go past zero to the AV channel, if nothing, check the satellite feed in the back as its loose) and the pool was a luxury which we spent plenty of time in. Uzumlu is a lovely rural village with plenty of friendly locals and expats. The walk up to the centre of the village is a bit of a challenge at first (especially when you don't know the way), but ask anyone and they will point you in the right direction. You can get everything you need in the local shops and there's even an ATM. As its uphill and about a 15 minute walk, we found it more pleasant to go early evening when the sun starts to set and its a lot cooler. You will need to use the torch function on your phone on the way back though as the sun goes down quickly and street lights are sparse. There is also a brochure in the living room for a company called Tiny Akropolis. They arrange tours, sight seeing, transfers etc. They were very good and we often used them to travel into Fethiye. They collect and drop you to your doorstep and they have modern air conditioned vehicles. Uzumlu is a great place to stay surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hot spots. Would recommend if your looking for a quieter, more relaxing break.
I can not praise this villa/accommodation enough, fantastic base to explore vast tract of Turkey giving you a lovely relaxing location to return to of an evening. We found Turkey to be a truly beautiful country steeped in history and tradition which readily welcomes travellers. The accommodation is well laid out and family friendly, with a lovely cold pool for when the 100+temp gets to hot, with air con for those hot, humid nights. The local village is warm and welcoming with the Local people being friendly and welcoming, we always found them happy to help with a smile, a few words of Turkish can go a long way and shows you are keen to try and learn. The mountain views from the villa are truly stunning and no matter what time of day or evening they are very scenic. Lots to do in the surrounding area makes this an excellent base for active based holidays or as a complete unwind for those seeking more tranquil settings. This is our second booking and we will gladly return again and highly recommend this villa.
Villa Aysun was lovely!..airy, ( great air-con!),spotless and roomy enough for us and our four daughters. We arrived to a well stocked fridge with milk, lovely fresh bread, eggs, jam, tea, coffe, sugar and water which we were not expecting. The pool had stunning views and was just what we had hoped for...it was cleaned and topped up before we woke every morning and the grounds were swept and tidied daily too.villa Aysun was perfect for all of us from my youngest who is 3 to my 17 year old.there are bars and restaurants in the village which is a short walk away and for more hustle and bustle, Fethiye is a straight road.. Around 20 minutes max. We made several trips to the beautiful white sandy beach at Patara with its shallow but wavy clear water which was well worth the 45 minute drive... The road is new, flat and well signposted and really very straightforward with lots of drink/ petrol stops along the way. I must mention the car hire.. Orange Rentals were cheap and fantastic and they collected and returned us to the airport as well as hiring us a vehicle. Metin was the representative from the management company and he was superb... He met us on arrival at 3am and unhurriedly and cheerfully made sure we were comfortable before he left despite the unsociable hour and was a phonecall away throughout our stay and ALWAYS answered!lastly, I just wanted to say that the team behind our holiday were faultless! Clickstay were so helpful and pleasant ( and competent!!) and the owners of the villa had made every effort to make sure our holiday was fantastic. We are looking to book for next year! Thank you!! 😊
Stayed in this villa for the 4th time and definitely be returning next year, if I could live there I would. The staff have changed since my last visit but this time round they were amazing and did as much as they possibly could to ensure that we had an amazing holiday!
It took a while for the driver to find the Villa in the dark but when we got in we found it to be exactly as advertised. Really nice and spacious inside with all the things you need to make it a home from home. We cooked sometimes and ate on the veranda with the setting sun and mountainous scenery as a backdrop. The pool and grounds around the villa are superb, with plenty of space for sun worshippers and people who need some respite from the 40 degree temperatures. We have been to Uzumlu before and this is situated on the lower side of the village a couple of minutes walk behind the petrol garage and gives you loads of privacy. The walk to the village takes a good 15 minutes but there is a cut through which makes it more interesting, seeing the wildlife and saying Merhaba to the locals. It is relatively flat compared to where we stayed before at the top end of the village, so a car is not necessary unless you want to travel further afield and even then the Dolmus is easy to deal with and cheap. There are about 6 nice restaurants around the village and Guli is lovely lady who runs the Cafe. Sky sports is in the Grape garden and they normally have a few games on at the same time and the traditional barbers are good for the Turkish shave and massage. Fetihye market is great and only about 20 minutes on the Dolmus and Olu deniz is just a bit further. You really get the best of everything and have the ability to choose whether you want the tranquility of the village or want to travel to the bustling tourist areas. With 3 generations of our family there, a mixture was perfect. The new addition of Wifi to the villa will make it perfect in order to keep the younger generation busy when us parents and grandparents wanted some rest time. We loved it so much we are going back again this year and would recommend to others.
