Villa overview - owner's description

Stylish detached 3 bedroom Villa in private resort with large communal pool. Beach 500 metres. Level access throughout. Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants etc. nearby. Beds for 6 adult/children & baby.

This stylish air-conditioned Villa is set in a private guarded resort beside Silver Sand Beach, near Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea. A number of Turkish VIPs have their holiday/retirement homes there.
The resort hosts a communal and children's swimming pool, tennis and basket ball courts, children's playground and extensive grassed areas on site. Very suitable for a holiday with your family or friends. Unfortunately, in common with other private estate/resorts in the area, the site management only open the pool from mid June to mid September each year. However, the private beach is just 500 metres level walk away. The protective reefs off-shore allows for a calm swimming experience. The sea floor is sandy and gradually slopes away to the reef.
Level access and walking areas throughout. Should you have a car you can drive up to the villa and park beside it. Apart for some steps into the villa it is suitable for older visitors.
The villa is fully self catering. There ıs a small grocery shop wıthın 50 metres and wıthın 500 metres there is a nice SOK supermarket along with local shops. Three km away ıs the very large KIPA/Tesco shoppıng centre for clothıng, food, electricial, hardwares etc.. Easy to get there on the Dolmus minibus service and you pass Migros supermarket and traders markets on the way..

Silver Beach and Kusadasi area
Silver Sands Beach is in the central part of the beach complex extending due south from Kusadasi Marina port. In the locality are the usual seaside attractions, bars, restaurants and food shops. The sandy beach extends for miles down to the mountainous National Park also called Millipark. Out in Kusadasi Bay you can watch the evening sun set beside the Greek Island of Samos. Nearby is a brand new golf course overlookıng the bay, large Aquaparks, Davutlar village thermal spa and the forested mountaınous Natıonal Park sweepıng down to the sea.
It is approximatly 5 miles (8 km) from Kusadasi town centre. If you are worried that you will miss the Kusadasi nightlife, shopping, multicultural attractions etc., don't worry. The regularly passing Dolmus bus service for two to three euro per trip will get you there and back until eleven pm summer time. Taxi services come cheaply and if you can make arrangements with your barman or restaurant owner you could get home for free. The Kusadasi people love doing business. Laws were passed in recent years which doesn't allow them to pester tourists. Three complaints and they can be closed. There are big markets on Tuesdays and Fridays in the town centre, ideal for those last minute presents. Tired of shopping then go visit the Caravan Serai. The caravan traders used to stop there.

Ephesus - World Wide Attraction
Ephesus was a major port city of 200,000 plus inhabitants. It hosts The Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World) and the Library of Celsus. Julius Caeser, Alexander the Great and Cyrus King of Persia spent time there. St. Paul preached there for two years and wrote his famous Epistles to the Ephesians. The Virgin Mary lived for the remainder of her life there. Her house and the extensive ruins of Ephesus are a major world attraction only 25 kilometres away. The city port silted up in the 14th century and was abandoned.

Kusadası rests ın the palm of history. Phythagoras the great mathematician was born and reared on Samos Island which he left later in his life because of the local tyrant Polycrates. Five of the 100 finest philsopers in world history lived in the region. Cleopatra the ancient Queen of Eygpt had a holiday palace at nearby Miletus.

Really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was perfect for all our needs. The villa was clean and well kept with everything we needed inside and out. The site is very well kept with a lovely pool area and free wifi around the pool area. The shop for all your daily needs such as bread, water etc. is less than 2 min away with the larger supermarkets just a 10 min walk. You can also catch the bus into town from outside the local shop. Everyone we met on the site were really friendly and helpful. The beach is a 15 min slow walk from the villa and has different places to eat, drink and sunbeds at good prices. There are also many local takeaways and restaurants within walking distance. Communications with the owners were also excellent with fast answers and all the help we needed. Overall we had a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Hoping to return again.

From Bucharest, Romania Aug 2011

A beautiful villa, nice decorated, situated in a verry quiet development. We were glad to be away from the centrum of Kusadasi. (about 10km) and closer to a verry good fish restaurant near Milli Park .
The villa is well designed, clean and very comfortable, well equipped. ( each room has air condition).
We sat outside eating breakfast each morning enjoying the beautiful garden. The photos from the web page are old, now is much nicer.
The pool is big. It has 3 diferent large area with 3 diferent deep size (: 0,4 m 1,1m 2,2m). Our children was verry happy to play and to swim the pool.
Mr. Ahmet & his wife (local contacts) were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this villa
and also the beautiful hillside of milli park (nature reserve). We enjoyed the holiday so much and we hope to come back in this villa next year.

Located in a purpose built quiet complex the Villa was extremely comfortable with good furnishings and equipment. The only thing to watch out for was the fairly periodic (but reasonably short) power cuts.

The area was very relaxing and only a few minutes from a lovely beach with a number of restaurants. Uncrowded with gentle slope into the sea allowing plenty of safe swimming.

Food and drink in the locality were very good value even compared to the prices in the nearest town - Kusadasi.

If you wanted some more exciting nightlife it could be found in Kusadasi which, whilst a popular location was still friendly and accomodating without the usual pitfalls of some larger resorts.

There were a many trips both far and near to keep you occupied from beach cruises to the Ancient Ruins of Ephesus. All easy to organise on your own with taxis if you don't want to do the usual coach thing. The people were extremely friendly and helpful

The weather was warm and sunny with the temperatures in the 70's / 80's with only short but heavy periods of rain.

If you enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the crowds of high season then this is an excellent place to go. We had a great time.....

An incredibly spacious flat in a perfect location. The three flights of stairs was a bit of a trek, but well worth it. On first appearance it seems sparsely furnished, but has everything you need, including a washing machine, coffee maker and 2 toilets (essential given the 4 large bedrooms).
All-in-all a fantastic flat, well worth the price and it definitely contributed to the quality of our trip.
