The Villa is ideally situated, located in the Ovacik/Hisaronu area of Olu Deniz, Turkey. A tranquil location off the main road only 200 yards from the nearest local shop, ideal for all your daily supplies.
Bars and Restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding areas to suit all tastes.
All local areas of interest are easily reached from the main road by Dolmus (bus). They run frequently and are a cheap way to get around. The Dolmus will take you down the winding mountain road, with spectacular views of the famous Oludeniz beach and lagoon area (10 mins).
Returning from the beach during the hot summer months to the villa in the village is a welcome retreat as it is set on a plateau and benefits from a cooling breeze
You can walk along the promenade and stop for lunch and drinks in one of the many beach bars or watch the paragliders landing on the beach. Alternatively walk down to the lagoon. This is a preserved natural area and a small charge is made on entrance but well worth the visit. On one side lie the calm waters of the lagoon, which is peaceful for picnics and relaxing. On the other side is the warm clear waters of the mediterranean. With a fine sand/shingle beach, sunbeds and parasols, you can swim and snorkel in beautiful surroundings. There is a beach bar here and water sports are available.
Taking the Dolmus (bus) in the other direction from the villa will take you into the traditional bustling coastal town of Fethiye (15 mins), with winding shopping streets, a busy harbour with excellent boat trips to be had day or night, plenty of good restaurants, and a weekly bazaar (market) for all your bargains. From here you can take a water taxi (costing 75p) over to Calis with beautiful sunsets and a Waterpark.
Jeep safaris are an excellent way to see the real Turkey and well worth the £20. Taking in places of interest such as Saklikent, Tlos, Yaka Park Trout farm, Patara Beach. Excursions are available from Hisaronu.

The villa was in excellent order, the access to the pool brilliant and local amenities close by. Taxis to Olu Deniz are cheap and regular and therefore although the property is away from the coast, it is only a short 15 minute ride. View of babadag mountain from the Villa is excellent. Kevin attended to all our wishes brilliantly and airport pickups all arranged by Kevin. Basic foodstuffs left in the villa on arrival for our consumption was a nice touch, especially considering the flight times to Turkey. Thank you Kevin and Bev, we had a wonderful stay.

Thanks Kevin for a lovely relaxing time, the food and drink in the fridge was most welcome upon arrival. The english speaking agents and transfers were spot on.The villa was spacious and charming with good storage. The villa allowed for spectacular views and the gardens were well maintained and offered a "haven of peaceful tranquility",with a friendly Turkish gardner. Many hours spent at your poolside, sipping wine while the sun settled down over Olu Deniz.Would definately consider booking again and are definately recommending your villa to friends and family, but this time for 2 weeks.
Thanks again your suntanned friends Jacinta and Kevin

Posted January 2003By Neal Masonwe stayed at Uner Villa 5 in August 2002, it was brilliant. We wanted to go back again this year but the dates we wanted, the first 2 weeks in June were already booked, as it is really popular, so we have provisionally booked for 2004.The villa was superb, all the facilities you need on holiday, especially the washing machine with children in tow. It was just like home from home except with a pool. The Villa was a tiny bit off the beaten track, however don't let that put you off, the setting is superb, peaceful. relaxing and very scenic. The local dolmus (bus) stops literally every few minutes at the top of the road to take you to any of the three local resorts, Hisaronu, olu Deniz and Fethiye all excellent places to visit.Kevin and Alison the owners were most helpful from start to finish, they organised everything for us, from private transfers to fresh bread every morning. All in all an absolute delight can't wait to go back in 2004
Posted:13 Jun 2003By Donna McCabe what a place ...was looking for a villa in a quiet location, but not to far from all the bars and restaurants, and we found the perfect place. It was a 2 bedroomed detached villa with just about everything you need for the perfect holiday, even a washing machine !!! not that I used it ...The villa had a large swimming pool which was shared by 4 other villas, but we had it to ourselves most of the time as the other villa occupants were out and about exploring !We got in touch with the owners to book the villa and they organized everthing for us even the transfers from the airport, very helpful ... thanks.Hisaronu itself is great with lots of bars and every type of restaurant you can think of all on the high street about 10 minutes walk from the villa, the beach is about 4 km from hisaronu but easy to get to as the dolmus runs about every 5 minutes from hisaronu, probably the best beach in Turkey, with the blue lagoon, turquoise sea and white sand... what more could you ask for.The perfect holiday.... cant wait till July 03 Highly recommendedA+++++
Alfresco Dining on the large open patio overlooking the pool. Barbeque, relax and sip your Gin & Tonic taking in the beauty of the area and the Panoramic Babadag Mountain Scenery.
Set in Ovacik in peaceful surroundings away from the main noise of Hisaronu yet within easy reach (150 metres) of local bars/shops/restaurants and transport to various other areas of interest including the famous OLUDENIZ Lagoon. Have your holiday as active or relaxing as you like it !
