The Villa is fully furnished and has been maintained to a high standard throughout. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with marble flooring throughout.

The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), an open plan living room / dining area, cloakroom and kitchen.

Unlimited free Wi-Fi is included.

The fitted kitchen includes cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and microwave with a full range of cooking utensils, with ample crockery and cutlery. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

The lounge area is air-conditioned and has TV - with full range of UK terrestrial & satellite channels - and a Sonos Wi-Fi speaker for streaming music There are settees and dining table for six. Sliding patio doors lead to the covered veranda area and then on to the garden and private pool.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite fully tiled shower room, built-in wardrobe (with security safe) with ample clothes storage, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers. French windows lead to a balcony with views over the forests and mountains. There is air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and storage. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, ample clothes storage and access to a small balcony. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower.

Outside is a private swimming pool surrounded by a large and private sunbathing patio with additional flowerbed areas – sunbeds and umbrellas are supplied. There is a covered veranda area with built-in barbecue and wooden patio furniture. There is private parking if required. The garden is fully fenced.

There is a Table Tennis Table for playing outside on the patio.

For younger children we supply a High Chair & Travel Cot and have gates on the veranda area so that access to the pool can be controlled, if needed.

Set peacefully in pine forests, the Villa has lovely views on to the forest and to the mountains beyond. There is easy access to walks through the woods and with wildlife on your doorstep including tortoises, squirrels, eagles and numerous local birds.

The quoted price includes a cleaning service with all bed linen and bath towels provided.

We have tried to cater for all extras that we as a family would like to avoid having to take over with us. suitcase. The Villa has hairdryers, beach towels. Bose blue-tooth speaker, Sonos Play 3 speaker for digital music, ample UK plug adapters, alarm clocks etc. There is a good collection of DVDs, books and games for your entertainment.

Transport to and from Dalaman airport can be arranged for you if required at competitive prices.

There is good local transport to get around the local area with the 'dolmus' service or taxis. Car hire can be arranged for you - either for collection at the airport or delivered to the Villa. A SatNav is available to those who wish to rent a car and explore further afield.

There is no need for any injections or vaccinations to visit this area of Turkey. In the event of any medical emergency there is 24 hour medical assistance in Hisaronu and modern private hospital facilities in Fethiye for peace of mind.

The property is fully managed with the gardener/pool cleaner/handyman on hand six days a week to sort out any problems or queries that may arise with contact direct with the Managing Agents who are available 24 hours per day should any emergency arise.

The location and local facilities:

Araxa Villas is a small complex of detached Villas set in a tranquil and secluded location within pine forests nestling at the foot of the mountains. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet location.

Araxa 4 is within easy reach of the bustling town of HISARONU which is within 10 minutes ‘dolmus’ or taxi ride and offers a full range of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets & clubs to meet all tastes. There is a local market every Monday with a large choice of locally grown produce, clothes, shoes, leather goods and souvenirs.

Five minutes further on from Hisaronu is the famous OLU DENIZ beach and BLUE LAGOON voted one of the top 10 best beaches worldwide by the Rough Guide. The beach area has numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the bay - an ideal setting to watch the sunset whilst enjoying an evening drink. A range of water sports is available and boat trips from the beach. This is also one of the worlds top locations for paragliding which can be enjoyed as a spectator or join in on a tandem jump from 2000m to land on the beach - an unforgettable experience - or just enjoy the view from the restaurant near the summit of Babadag mountain at 1,700 metres again with unforgettable views. The new cable car allows easy access.

The town of FETHIYE, again some 10 minutes by ‘dolmus’ or taxi, offers a full range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a large bazaar area, known as the Paspatur, and a large weekly market ( on a Tuesday ) offering a range of local produce as well as clothing, leather goods, etc. Fethiye also has a large marina with boat trips offered along the picturesque coastline.

CALIS BEACH is a further 2 miles to the north of Fethiye and has nearly 4 miles of sandy beach again offering a full range of facilities and water sports.
