Villa Kehribar is a beautiful villa, set in a quiet rural residential area, with a very attractive well maintained garden and swimming pool. This has to be the best holiday home, we have experienced, abroad. Everything was spot on, from the very well appointed kitchen, with excellent equipment and huge fridge freezer, to the quality bed linen, towels and even towelling dressing gowns provided.
The owner has thought of everything! Including the use of four bicycles! Everywhere was immaculate and obviously very well cared for, with comfort and convenience in mind.
"The icing on the cake" is, a large, really elegantly furnished verandah, upstairs, shaded by vines, with open views, catching the much needed cooling breeze in the afternoons, a comfortable place to recline on either sofas, enjoying a good book, with a glass of wine! Superb!
We would not hesitate to recommend this villa, and we would love to return, next time we visit the lovely area of Dalyan.

We first visited this wonderful villa three years ago with our two daughters. They are now fourteen and sixteen and this time we also had our 25 year old daughter too. Everything was as perfect as the first time, and everyone had a wonderful time. The villa is slightly out of town, which we prefer, the Dolmus is easily caught at the main road ( a few minutes walk) and only cost the equivalent of 50p one way so you never feel cut off. The last one back is 11pm, but a taxi is only £5 so no big problem. The villa has everything you could possibly need and the extras like dressing gowns, beach towels and all the DVDs are really useful. It is home from home with a well equipped kitchen including a full size oven and fridge. The washing machine, located in the outhouse is modern, we used it several times. It has a handy express wash and before you know it, its all done. The Villa was thoroughly cleaned after the first week which made it feel all fresh and new again. The pictures don't do the outside space justice as the gardens are now mature and very private. I love all the different areas including the shady parts for when it gets too hot. The pool area is wonderful and is cleaned daily, we particularly enjoyed our evening swims when the pool is illuminated. Oruc, the management company are fantastic and make you feel very 'looked after'. We booked a couple of excursions with them and I would advise to use them rather than than the sometime 'cheaper' options offered in town, as they organise good quality days won't be disappointed! We also used them for are airport transfers which were equally efficient. We used a couple of the bikes to pop to the shop on the main road a few times and to ride into town, which is all flat and if you go through the back lanes is very pleasant. It would've been nice if there were five bikes so we all could have gone together, but I tended to ride for pleasure early mornings while the rest of the family slept. Stephen (the owner) once again was very helpful and easily contacted during the booking progress and even booked our first excursion as it was to be the day after we arrived to celebrate my daughters 14th birthday. #aperfectholiday

This is our second visit to villa Kehribar. we love it, particularly the finer detail of design and décor. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. We visited in April and although we had good weather during the day the nights were very cold and so we took advantage of staying in and watching one of the many DVD's on offer at the villa. We tended to eat out during the day or occasionally at night at a restaurant with indoor facilities. The pool is very attractive, but, in April the water is far too cold to go in. This year the beach was not open in April and so we were grateful to the chance of sunbathing by an attractive pool. A car is not needed as the town( about 1 1/2 miles away can be easily accessed by walking, or dolmus or bike. We will return again

Fabulous villa, fully living up to our expectations. It was as described. The furniture is of a very high quality and is all complimented by the elegant soft furnishings, antiques and accessories. Some of the photos do not do it justice, it is furnished from the owners personal perspective and not purely for rental purposes when they can be very Spartan. It is very well equipped, the kitchen particularly so. We stayed in Arpil / May and had mixed weather, though this in no way adversely affected our stay at the villa. There was ample to do inside when we were forced to stay in due to inclement weather. You do not need a car as the town is very easily accessible by both Dolmus or bike. We did however rent a car for 5 days at a rate of £15 per day all in with full insurance ( the car was delivered to the villa at no charge) maxim car rental dalaman We will definitely return

Beautyful outstanding villa!,

amaizing mountain scenery (especially from the balcony). we went around this time may last year and had a great time. we had plenty of sunshine in the 20s. The boys 12 and 8 we couldnt keep out of the pool. the bikes were a bonus and made our evening walks more fun for the boys. There was a restaurant just a few minuites walk away they did lovely food.

The town is not far about 10 mins best to catch the bus from the main road its cheaper. The hospitality is amaizing everyone we came acorss was more than happy to direct us. We got our veg from the farmer on the opposite side lovely people. The only down side for us was the pool did not have a shallow end for our 2 year old to enjoy as our feet didnt touch the floor it was hard to hold him up even with his swim jacket. as our 2 year old is quite active we had to keep a close eye on him every time we were around the pool. The house had all the facilites we needed. we enjoyed our meals in the garden. Would definatly go back again.

dont forget the sun hat and after sun cream especialy if you have a bold head!

thank you for letting us hire your villa.

It is our last night in your lovely villa and we wanted to quickly take a moment to tell you what a wonderful time we have had here. Our first time in Turkey and we think the people here are the nicest we have met anywhere in the world! We love the location of the villa, all the luxury of a modern villa right next to real rural turkey. Our daughter has loved the chickens, cat, dogs, turtles, lizards! Our friends who came earlier also loved it here. We have stayed in lots of villas before, but yours feels special as it has a very homely feel and so many luxuries (such as the bath robes!) We would be very interested in returning to your villa, and are going to check our account as soon as we get home to see how much money we might have to book up for next year (if thats ok with you). We were thinking of may/june time. 6 week stay through March and April 2011

I came with my daughter, her partner and my grand-daughter. I enjoyed my stay so much that I can't wait to come again. The villa is beautiful and the staff from Oruc were very friendly and helpful. It was my first visit to Turkey and I hope that it won't be my last! Thank you very much for making this a wonderful holiday for me and my family.
