the price was very good and every thing was satisfactory. but the Internet and media system didnt work properly. although we call several times for fixing these problems, we didnt get proper answer. however we didnt have enough time for spending on them. overall it was wonderfull, the price, the view, the pool, the location and the cleaness of the property was special. I hope that I can go back soon.

We all had a very enjoyable holiday. Villa very good value, had everything you would need. Could not fault anything. Short walk to bus route, would go back.
Had a fantastic holiday, beautiful villa, quiet and relaxing. The complex is small and very friendly.
It felt like home from home. Would recommend. The owners are lovely friendly people and very helpful.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday!! Your villa is excellent value for money, it contains everything you need for a stress free relaxing break, including TV, DVDs, IPod docking station, as well as washing machine, iron, microwave, towels and even family games and books to read. It is very comfortable and well looked after and the swimming pools are so inviting and right outside your door. The location is ideal, 5 minutes away from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the supermarket and as it's on a small and very well maintained site, it's also quite private and not too noisy. We will be returning next year and have recommended you to our family and friends. Thanks again for our best family holiday, as voted by Lois 18 and Nathaniel 16!! Cath & Chris July 2010
Our stay at Ronald & June’s Olive Grove Villa, Kusadasi, June 2010My husband and I stayed at the above villa for two weeks at the end of June 2010.The villa is very well appointed and caters for your every need. From excellent cooking facilities, laundry, household gadgets, you name it is there. The rooms are all spacious and bright with balconies on every floor. The views are wonderful. Berol the guard is always on hand and gives a very relaxed and safe feel to the area. The villa is located about three miles out of town. This enables you either to enjoy a quiet day at the lovely pool just outside the villa or a day in the centre of Kusadasi or a trip to any of the numerous beaches and amenities in this area. A Dolmus service (mini buses) runs continually all day until midnight. The stop is located at the bottom of the hill leading up to the villa. A nice stroll in the morning or evening. Three times a day the dolmus runs past the villa itself if you don’t feel like a walk. The dolmus drivers always waits for you, even if you are only half way down the hill, like we were most days and the fare is minimal. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the area itself to friends and strangers alike. Our holiday was first class. We will be going back!Norman & Sandee Mackenzie
We would give your villa 10/10. It was lovely and we couldn't have asked for more. It had everything we needed inside (lovely furniture, showers, hot water, air con, kitchen stuff etc), the pool was clean, the complex was clean, Berol was nice and although his English wasn't very good he tried to be as helpful as he could. The only negative thing was that there were no street lights on the road leading to the complex, which made it impossible to walk anywhere in the evenings (I suppose we could have used a torch) but once we got the hang of haggling for taxis it wasn't so bad. Casablanca was a very good recommendation! We had so much fun there!Laura, Laura and Jade - July 2008
