ABOUT THE VILLA:
Wonderful 4 bedrooms semi-detached villa with a shared pool in a quiet residential area.(The pool will open 15 of May ) It has lovely well stocked landscaped garden. The villa itself sleeps up to a maximum of seven people. The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, cloakroom and balcony. The first floor has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, bathroom with toilet and a small balcony. The second floor has a double bed, shower area and a terrace with seating and a table. The inside of the villa is cool and therefore there is no need for air conditioning in the house.
This villa is situated in the Ladies Beach region, which is one of the best beaches in Kusadasi. The villa is a 15 min walk to Ladies Beach or a 5 min mini-bus trip which stops on the site every 10 mins, and also goes to the town centre which is only a 10 min ride.
Location: The Aegean coast is the most attractive area of Turkey with powdery sandy beaches
Catering facilities: There are many lovely bars attractive cafes and restaurants along palm-tree-lined boulevards, so when the sun sets, you can find any kind of food including fresh seafood as well as traditional Turkish cuisine. It is a great delight to watch the arrival and departure of the yachts and cruise ships as you take in the stunning panoramic view of the sunset.
Climate: Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season. Kusadasi receives about 300 days of sunshine during the year on average, providing an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday.
1. Ladies Beach:: most famous beach which is sandy, and has umbrellas and sun loungers to rent. It has a great atmosphere and is backed by lots of bars and eateries.
City Beach: sandy beach located in the Town Centre.
Pigeon Island Beach: A private beach, situated on the shore of the island. Swimmers can enjoy translucent and deep waters of the Aegean.
Yilanciburnu: A quiet beach located on the peninsula behind Pigeon Island. Ladies Beach minibuses can get you there.
Kustur Beach: Located 4 km north of Kusadasi Offers a variety of activities like, water skiing, parasailing, and surfing. Bars and restaurants to cater for everybody. This can be reached by minibus.
Tusan Beach: Located on the 7th km of Selcuk Rd, near Kustur Beach. Offers unlimited fun with choice of beach and water activities.
Long Beach: Sandy beaches and crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, water sport and resting. Just 6 km south of Kusadasi. Can be reach by minibuses.
Gold Beach: Golden sandy beach, located between Emekli Sandigi camp and Emektur Area.
Silver Sand Beach: Excellent clear waters The beach is located about 15 minutes by mini-bus. It is ideal for small children to swim or learn to swim. The beach area offers many beachfront activities, along with various restaurants and bars. The beach has and a walking and bicycle path stretching for twenty-three 23kms along the beach front.
Paradise Beach: Blue waters offering a perfect environment, situated between Ay Kuster and Sokeliler site.
Love Beach: Located near Genclik Camp, provides visitors with a perfect opportunity for water activities and swimming in relaxing conditions.
Guzelcami Town Beaches: Quiet beaches offering a restful experience. National Park minibuses pass through beach area every 30 minutes. across from the cave of Zeus. you can see the Greek island of Samos
National Park Beaches: There are 5 bays. Clear waters provide an opportunity to dive. Only Icmeler Bay has the sandy beach. Quietness while you rest peacefully in the shades of pines. The Park boasts unusual bird life and offers interesting walks, cycle rides, fishing and swimming. In season, boat trips go from the small harbour to nearby National Park beaches. To the east are olive groves and mountains to the west, the sea. Although Guzelcamli may, at first sight, appear to be off the beaten track, the village is surprisingly accessible by public transport. Formerly the ancient city of Panion, Guzelcamli nestles next to the Dilek National Park where the Samsun Mountains slope into the Aegean Sea. Guzelcamli is close to some important historical sites including several Ionian cities, and The cave of Zeus. Located 30km SW of Kusadasi. Minibuses depart every 30 minutes to and from Kusadasi.
Efes (Ephesus):-once the commercial centre of the ancient world will be one of the highlights of your visit to Turkey. The city was built in dedication to the Goddess Artemis. Her temple was once one of the Seven Wonders of the World but was later destroyed by Alexander the Great. Ephesus was also the home of the Greek natural philosopher Heraclitus. In his book On Nature he introduced a new self-conscious method and language. Ephesus was also home to one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. The Ephesus International Festival is held annually during the month of May.
House of Virgin Mary: It is recorded that St. John brought the Virgin Mary to Ephesus after the death of Christ. And she spent her last days in a small house built for her on Mt Nightingale. It is now a popular place of pilgrimage for Christians and Muslims. The house has received the official sanction by the Vatican, and Christians observe a commemoration ceremony every year on August 15th.
Pamukkale: ‘Cotton Castle’ is a shimmering white cascade of limestone formed by hot springs and is close to the biblical sites of Laodicea and Hierapolis.
Priene: Set on a hill amongst pines, it has spectacular views of the Meander Valley and a small, interesting theatre, agora and Temple of Athena.
Miletus: Has fine ruins of a theatre seating 24,000 people, a stadium and Roman baths.
Didyma: Has impressive ruins of the Temple of Apollo and a stone relief of the head of Medusa.
Transport: great local taxi and bus drivers who speaks fluent English to collect you from either airport to the door, details available on request. Local restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities are close by as is the bus stop if you wish to head into town.
Activities: clear sparkling waters and hot sun. It is perfect for water facilities ( Windsurfing, water skiing, sailing ) and beach volleyball are only a few choices for the lovers of active life. You can sunbath restfully during the day. it is only 30 mins. from two water parks, ADALAND,AQUA FANTASY a great day out for all the family. There are lots of great shops aswell.
Additional information: The Kusadasi Setur Marina is one of the largest and best equipped marinas in Turkey with a capacity for 629 yachts, afloat and on shore. Between 2500 and 3000 boats visit the marina each year. The marina is located on the latitude 37.52 N and on the longitude 27.15 E. Repair service, security, and customs are some of the 24 hour services available at this marina.

Hi I am Esra , I have graduated from Business Administrative department in Cyprus.after the schooll I have worked in British Petrolium and A cement factory in sales and marketing depatment. after my baby boy I have finished working and start look after him. We live in Aydin now. It is very close to Kusadasi approximately 45 min by car. so when you need anything I can came and interest with you in a one hour.
