Clever use of floor to ceiling glass throughout the ground floor and the entire villa allows for ample amounts of light to illuminate the open-plan room. A super comfortable L-shaped sofa sits in the living area and invites guests and families to get close and unwind to a movie on the media unit or large-screen television after exhausting days of activities!

The kitchen and dining area just behind the living area is of mammoth proportions so expect all of the usual amenities and a whole load more! The indoor dining table, complete with comfortable and stylish seats, will perfectly accommodate groups and families, even at maximum capacity!
A bedroom on this floor offers extra privacy as well as ample amounts of light and views through its glass doors and windows and features a double bed and en-suite facilities! Head upstairs for the remaining bedrooms in this villa. Guests will be able to pick from two bedrooms with double-beds, one of which is the master bedroom and a twin room with two single beds. Guests will also be delighted to know each bedroom offers access to the terrace as well as air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms! The master bedroom is set apart from the others with the inclusion of a jacuzzi tub, so sit back in the bubbles and sip bubbly as you admire the vistas available!

Outdoors has been beautifully designed in keeping with the excellence in design throughout the villa's grounds. Accessible from most areas on the ground floor, guests can recline or lounge on many of the seating options available outside, including sun-loungers and sofas. Use the parasols to shade you from the fierce sun but should that not suffice head into the private outdoor infinity pool and revitalise yourself as you splash and swim with fellow holidaymakers! Location

Kalkan is a vibrant and friendly town with cobbled streets and a pretty harbour, so you will be able to find an array of amenities, facilities and services when necessary. With a selection of beaches at your disposal all suitable for families, The villa's location is perfectly situated outside the activity of Kalkan but still close enough to the shore to make trips to the beach quick and accessible! Visit the town's pebble beach in for a light dip or chill, here there are sunbeds and umbrellas and a few restaurants close by. Head to Kaputas Beach to admire the magnificence of its divine azure sea and the shingle beach! Or visit Patara Beach, where just under 7 miles of uninterrupted sandy beachfront awaits you! Guests will be pleased to know refreshments and food are served at a small cafe by the beach so you can keep everyone satisfied as you enjoy the seaside festivities!

The ruins of the ancient city of Patara lie in the ramshackle village of Patara, a short drive from the beach. Experience remnants of some of the most successful and notorious empires of days past as you marvel at these preserved and protected sites. Don't forget explore the ruins at Patara, including the government building where it is said democracy started!

For those who wish to explore the unspoilt natural landscape all around you, you are in luck as the town offers opportunities to do so over land and sea. Why not trek around the evergreen Taurus Mountains or take a traditional Turkish Gulet, an explore the miles of coastal shores by the sea!
