Originally built as the family accommodation for the hotel, we have altered its layout to maximise the space in the L-shaped lounge which now has two comfortable sofas by day (which convert to two very comfortable trundle beds by night). There is a DVD player (small selection of DVDs – either bring your own or purchase in Kalkan).Through the lounge's french doors you will find the shady open terrace, framed by a beautiful bourgainvillea tree, which looks across gardens to sea glimpses on the left and towards the lights of Kalkan and the mountains on the right.
The BEDROOM is at the rear of the apartment, which keeps it naturally cool althought there is air-conditioning if required. It is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and there is ample storage in the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is also a travel-hairdryer for your use.
The KITCHENETTE has everything you need to rustle up breakfast or a simple meal. It is equipped with a mini-oven with two rings, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery for four. You will also find a clothes/towel airer, iron & ironing board (if you feel so inclined!) and a small safe for valuables.
The SHOWER ROOM (as are many hotel shower rooms in Turkey) is 'compact and bijou', clean and functional. Towels are provided for use within the apartment. Towels for use in the pools and at the beach can be purchased cheaply in Kalkan (typical price 15tl (c. £5).
HOUSEKEEPING is provided by our cleaner Neslihan, a lovely local turkish lady who takes great pride in her work. She will visit visit every 3-4 days to change linen and towels and to do a quick clean.
